PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERANGKAT DESA

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa se-Kecamatan Pecangaan Kabupaten Jepara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perangkat desa di lingkup wilayah Kecamatan Pecangaan Kabupaten Jepara yaitu sebanyak 151 perangkat desa. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 110 perangkat desa yang didapat dari rumus Slovin dengan taraf kesalahan sebesar 5% dengan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis  deskriptif presentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 11,783 + 0,320X₁ + 0,268X₂ + 0,354X₃. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama dari disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa yaitu sebesar 68,3%. Sedangkan pengaruh parsial untuk disiplin kerja yaitu sebesar 19,18%, lingkungan kerja fisik sebesar 11,42%, dan motivasi kerja sebesar 32,49%

Purpose of this study was to identify whether the Working Discipline, Physical Working Environment, Working Motivation contributes to the performance of the administration office of Pecangaan district, Jepara Regency. The population of the study was 151 administration office workers of Pecangaan district. The samples of the study were 110 officials taken using with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique accompanied by Slovin Formula with 5% error level. The methods of collecting the data were using questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation. The methods of data analysis were using percentage description analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test using SPSS. The result of multiple linear regression analysis obtained an equation of Y = 11,783 + 0,320X₁ + 0,268X₂ + 0,354X₃. Simultaneously, the influence of working discipline, physical working environment and working motivation to the workers’ performance was 68,3%. Partially, the influence of each aspect to the workers’ performance were 19,18% for working discipline, 11,42% for the physical working environment, and 32,49% for the working motivation.
