Partisipasi Pasangan Usia Subur dalam Program Keluarga Berencana pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 di Kelurahan Bapangan, Kecamatan Jepara, Kabupaten Jepara

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupa kajian fenomena sosial yang timbul dari pengaruh pandemi Covid-19 terhadap partisipasi keluarga berencana terkhususnya pertumbuhan penduduk dan PUS. Tujuan penelitian ini meliputi Mengetahui Partisipasi PUS terhadap program KB pada masa pandemi Covid-19; Mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi PUS terhadap Program KB pada masa pandemi Covid-19; Menganalisis trend jumlah kehamilan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di Kelurahan Bapangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 130 PUS dan diambil 50 PUS sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive proportional sampling. Variabel penelitian mencakup partisipasi pasangan usia subur dalam program keluarga berencana, faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi keluarga berencana, serta trend kehamilan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan partisipasi PUS dalam program KB terklasifikasi kedalam tingkat sedang. 50% PUS yang menggunakan alat kontrasepsi KB. 8 faktor yang diuji tidak mempengaruhi partisipasi PUS dalam program KB. Sehingga menyebabkan trend kehamilan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 menurun. Perlu adanya penekanan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi pria. Sebab tidak terdapat penggunaan jenis alat kontrasepsi MOW atau sterilisasi untuk pria di wilayah Kelurahan Bapangan ini.

This research is in the form of a study of social phenomena arising from the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on family planning participation, especially population growth. The objectives of this study include knowing PUS participation in family planning programs during the Covid-19 pandemic; Knowing the factors that influence PUS participation in the family planning program during the Covid-19 pandemic; Analyzing the trend of the number of pregnancies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The location of the research is in the Bapangan Village. The population of this study was 130 PUS and 50 PUS were taken as samples using purposive proportional sampling technique. Research variables include the participation of couples of childbearing age in family planning programs, factors that influence family planning participation, and pregnancy trends. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical technique and multiple linear regression inferential statistics. The results of the study indicate that PUS participation in the family planning program is classified as moderate. 50% of women who use family planning contraceptives. The 8 factors tested did not affect PUS participation in the family planning program. This causes the trend of pregnancy during the Covid-19 pandemic to decline. It is necessary to emphasize the use of male contraceptives. This is because there is no use of the MOW type of contraception or sterilization for men in this area of ​​Bapangan Village.
