Abstract

Manajemen risiko penting bagi kelangsungan suatu usaha. Di Indonesia sebanyak 46 kebakaran pabrik dari tahun 2012 sampai 2014. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui persentase pencapaian upaya pengendalian risiko kebakaran dan implementasi manajemen risiko kebakaran berdasarkan Standar (IS) ISO 31000 di PT. Apac Inti Corpora. Rancangan penelitian adalah penelitian evaluatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian berjumlah 4 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara dan lembar studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian terkait upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian risiko kebakaran belum memiliki Sistem peringatan darurat, Ahli K3 spesialis penanggulangan kebakaran, pintu keluar, penunjuk arah dan rambu darurat, koridor, alarm kebakaran, dan prosedur penghentian operasi dan pengamanan yang belum sesuai dengan standar. Simpulan terkait pencapaian upaya pengendalian risiko kebakaran 38 poin (66,6%) sudah terpenuhi dan sesuai standar, 11 poin (19,3%) sudah terpenuhi tetapi belum sesuai standar, 8 poin (14,1%) tidak terpenuhi dan implementasi manajemen risiko kebakaran pada proses blowing dan carding (40%) Extreme Risk, proses open end (OE) (20%) Moderate Risk, proses drawing serta packing (40%) Low Risk.

Risk management is important for the continuity of a business. In Indonesia, there are 46 plant fires from 2012 to 2014. The objective of the research is to know the percentage of achievement of fire risk control and fire risk management implementation based on ISO 31000 Standard (IS) in PT. Apac Inti Corpora. The study design is evaluative research. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation study. Informant research amounted to 4 people. The research instruments are observation sheet, interview guide and documentation study sheet. The results of the research related to fire prevention and control measures do not yet have emergency warning system, specialist fire prevention, emergency exit, emergency direction and direction, corridor, fire alarm, and cessation procedures and security that have not complied with the standard. Conclusions related to the achievement of 38 points (66.6%) fire risk control measures have been fulfilled and according to the standard, 11 points (19.3%) are met but not yet standardized, 8 points (14.1%) are not met and the implementation of risk management Fire on blowing and carding process (40%) Extreme Risk, open end (OE) process (20%) Moderate Risk, drawing process and packing (40%) Low Risk.
