Profil dan Determinan Pola Pangan Harapan pada Keluarga Petani di Wilayah Tertinggal
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah skor PPH (Pola Pangan Harapan) pada keluarga petani di Desa Jombor hanya mencapai 70,4 dari skor ideal 100, yang berarti belum tercipta keragaman dan keseimbangan konsumsi pangan masyarakat walaupun ketersediaan pangan memadai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui profil dan determinan PPH pada keluarga petani di Desa Jombor. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional, dengan desain cross sectional yang melibatkan 52 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas konsumsi keluarga petani masih rendah dengan skor PPH sebesar 82,6. Nilai p value jumlah anggota keluarga (p=0,002), pendidikan ibu (p=1,000), pendapatan per kapita (p=0,003), pengeluaran pangan keluarga (p=0,002), bantuan sosial (p=0,111), status kepemilikan lahan pertanian (p=0,001), ketersediaan energi per kapita (p=0,239), ketersediaan pangan dari pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan (p=0,282), pantangan makan (p=0,724), preferensi makan (p=0,500), pengetahuan gizi ibu (p=0,013) dan diet khusus (p=0,675). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah skor PPH pada keluarga petani di Desa Jombor sebesar 82,6, faktor yang berhubungan dengan skor PPH yaitu jumlah anggota keluarga, pendapatan per kapita, pengeluaran pangan keluarga, status kepemilikan lahan pertanian dan pengetahuan gizi ibu, sedangkan yang tidak berhubungan yaitu pendidikan ibu, bantuan sosial, ketersediaan energi per kapita, ketersediaan pangan dari pemanfatan lahan pekarangan, pantangan makan, preferensi makan dan diet khusus.

Background of this research was DDP (Desirable Dietary Pattern) score only reached 70,4 from ideal score of 100, it meaned that diversity and stability of food comsuption not yet created although food availibility was adequate. Objective of this research was to know the profile and determinants of DDP on farmer households in this village. The type of this research was observational analytic, with cross sectional design, involved 52 samples. Data analysis used chi square statistical test. Result of this research showed that consumption quality of farmer household had been low with DDP score was 82,6. P value of amount of family member (p=0,002), mother education (p=1,000), income per capita (p=0,003), family food expenditure (p=0,002), social aid (p=0,111), farm ownership status (p=0,001), energy availability per capita (p=0,239), food availability from yard land using (p=0,282), eating restrictions (p=0,724), eating preferences (p=0,500, mother nutritional knowledge (p=0,013) and specific diet (p=0,675). Based on result of this research, can be conclused that DDP score on farmer household in Jombor Village was 82,6. The factors which had relation with DDP score were amount of family member, income per capita, family food expenditure, farm ownership status, mother nutritional knowledge, while The factors which had not relation with DDP score were mother education, social aid, energy availability per capita, food availability from yard land using, eating restrictions, eating preferences, and specific diet.
