Penerapan Hirarc sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Kecelakaan Kerja pada Proses Produksi Garmen

Abstract

Hazard Identification Risk Assesment dan Risk Contol (HIRARC) merupakan bagian dari manajemen risiko dan yang menentukan arah penerapan K3 dalam perusahaan. Angka kecelakaan kerja pada proses produksi di PT. Glory Industrial Semarang II, pada tahun 2014 sebanyak 350 kasus, kemudian di tahun 2015 mengalami penurunan sebanyak 60,5%, menjadi sebesar 138 kasus, dan di tahun 2016 kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di proses produksi PT. Glory Industrial Semarang II mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 38,4% dari tahun sebelumnya, menjadi sebesar 224 kasus.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assesment and And Risk Control) pada proses produksi PT.Glory Industrial Semarang II. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif evaluatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assesment and Risk Control) pada proses produksi PT.Glory Industrial Semarang II, dari 97 penerapan terdapat 88 penerapan yang diterapkan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan HIRARC masih belum sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.

Glory Industrial Semarang II, in 2014 as many 350 cases, then in 2015 decreased by 60.5%, to 138 cases, and in 2016 workplace accidents occurred in the production process of PT. Glory Industrial Semarang II has increased by 38.4% from the previous year, to 224 cases. The purpose of this research is to know the application of HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) in production process of PT.Glory Industrial Semarang II. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research with descriptive evaluative design. The results this study indicate application of HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and And Risk Control) in production process of PT.Glory Industrial Semarang II, from 97 applications there are 88 applications applied. It can be concluded that the implementation of HIRARC is still not in accordance with applicable regulations.
