Kepatuhan Pemakaian Alat Pelindung Diri pada Pekerja Proyek

Tahun 2015 Sampai 2017 terdapat 43 kasus kecelakaan yang terjadi diproyek pembangunan PT X Semarang bagian perakit besi. Berdasarkan hasil survei kecelakaan pada pekerja disebabkan karena tidak patuh dalam pemakaian alat pelindung diri pada saat bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan pemakaian alat pelindung diri (APD) pada pekerja bagian perakit besi proyek pembangunan PT X Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total populasi yaitu sejumlah 50 pekerja bagian perakit besi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Hasil uji chi-fisher menunjukan bahwa variabel yang tidak ada hubungan dengan kepatuhan pemakaian alat pelindung diri pada pekerja bagian perakit besi adalah tingkat pengetahuan (p=653). Adanya hubungan antara kepatuhan pemakaian alat pelindung diri pada pekerja perakit besit besi adalah sikap pekerja (p=0,001), tingkat pendidikan (p=0,001) dan masa kerja (p=0,001). Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan antara sikap, tingkat pendidikan dan masa kerja dengan kepatuhan pemakaian APD.

Abstract

There are 43 cases of accidents that occurred in the construction of PT X Semarang part of the iron fabricator. Based on the results of the accident survey on the workers caused by not obedient in the use of personal protective equipment at work. This study aims to determine the factors associated with compliance of the use of personal protective equipment, on the work of iron parts assembly PT X Semarang development project. This research use cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study using the total population of 50 workers of the assembly of iron. Instruments used in the form of questionnaires and observation. The result of chi-fisher test shows that the unrelated variable isthe knowledge level (p = 653). The existence of the relationship is the attitude of the workers (p = 0,001), the level of education (p = 0,001) and the working period (p = 0,001). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between attitude, education level and years of service.
