Kinerja Petugas Surveilans Kesehatan dalam Penurunan Kasus Kematian Ibu

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Kota Semarang menempati peringkat keempat di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan jumlah angka kematian ibu berjumlah 23 kasus, maka dari itu Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang merekrut Gasurkes KIA guna pendataan dan pendampingan ibu hamil hingga masa nifas selesai. Gasurkes KIA memberikan dampak positif terhadap penurunan kematian ibu di Kota Semarang. Namun, evaluasi kinerja Gasurkes KIA belum dilakukan, maka tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui evaluasi kinerja Gasurkes KIA pada Puskesmas yang jumlah kematian ibu nya lebih dari satu (>1). Jenis dan rancangan penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Informan penelitian berjumlah 8 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya kesesuaian antara tugas dengan kinerja Gasurkes KIA yang meliputi pendataan dan pendampingan ibu hamil, penyuluhan KIA, pelaporan kematian ibu, pelaporan data secara online, menganalisis kegiatan, pelaporan ibu hamil ke Puskesmas, keikutsertaan kergiatan KIA, serta koordinasi. Kinerja dari Gasurkes KIA sudah dapat dikatakan baik namun belum maksimal. Disarankan agar dapat dilakukan pendokumentasian pada kinerja Gasurkes.

ABSTRACT

Semarang city was fourth in the Province of Central Java in a total number of maternal deaths as 23 cases. Therefore the Semarang City Health Office recruited Gasurkes KIA to collecting the data and mentoring of pregnant women until the puerperium phase was completed. The Gasurkes KIA had a positive impact on reducing maternal mortality in the city of Semarang. However, the performance evaluation of the Gasurkes KIA has not been carried out, so the purpose of the study was to determine the performance evaluation of the Gasurkes KIA in the Primary Health Care with the number of maternal deaths more than one (> 1).The type and design of this research are descriptive qualitative with in-depth interviews. There were 8 research informants selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that there is a match between the task and the performance of Gasurkes KIA which includes data collection and mentoring of pregnant women, MCH counseling, maternal mortality reporting, online data reporting, analyzing activities, reporting of pregnant women to Puskesmas, participation in MCH activities, and coordination.The performance of the Gasurkes KIA can be said to be good but not optimum. It is recommended that documentation must be made on the performance of Gasurkes
