Abstract

Latar belakang: Kasus DBD anak usia sekolah dasar (6 - 12 tahun) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ambarawa selama 3 tahun berturut-turut memiliki prosentase paling tinggi. Tahun 2014 sebesar 27 (48%) kasus, tahun 2015 sebesar 34 (52%) kasus dan tahun 2016 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 47 (37%) kasus. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan pada 5 Sekolah Dasar diperoleh hasil yaitu kepadatan jentik tergolong kepadatan tinggi dengan nilai DF sebesar 8.Tujuan penelitian: Mengetahui gambaran faktor risiko kepadatan jentik Aedes aegypti.

Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang ditetapkan sebesar 30 sekolah dasar dengan metode total sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2018.

Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada 30 sekolah dasar didominasi jenis kontainer Controllable sites 100%, bahan kontainer jenis plastik 60%, volume kontainer ukuran kecil 66.7%, tingkat pengetahuan kategori cukup 56.7%, praktik menguras baik 86.7%, praktik kelola barang bekas baik 56.7%, praktik mengosongkan TPA baik 53.3% dan praktik kerja bakti dilakukan tidak rutin 73.3%. Tingkat kepadatan jentik dalam kategori rendah 60%, dan tinggi 40%.

 Abstract

Backgroud: DHF cases of elementary school-aged children in the Working Area of Ambarawa Primary Health Care for 3 years have the highest percentage. In 2014 there were 27(48%) cases, 2015 were 34(52%) cases and in 2016 increased by 47(37%) cases. The preliminary survey on 5 elementary schools showed larvae density classified as high with a DF value of 8.

Objective: To describe of Aedes aegypti Larvae Density Risk Factors in Elementary School.

Method: This research was quantitative descriptive.

Results: The total amount of 30 elementary school was taken with total sampling. This study was done on December 2018. The results showed that in 30 elementary schools were dominated by 100% controllable sites, 60% plastic container material, 66.7% small container water volume, 56.7% sufficient knowledge level, 86.7% good drain practice, good waste management practice (56.7 %), the practice of clearing landfill (53.3%) and the practice of school cleaning program was not routine (73.3%). Larvae density level in low categorized was 60%, and high 40%.
