Potensi Bahaya pada Home Industry Konveksi

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2017 mengalami 30.383 kecelakaan kerja. Pada tahun 2018 angka kecelakaan kerja di Jawa Tengah mencapai 1.468 kasus. Sedangkan pada  Kabupaten Semarang pada tahun 2015 terjadi 1.336 kasus kecelakaan kerja, yang meninggal dunia terdapat  6 orang, serta di tahun 2016 hingga bulan maret tercatat 6 pekerja meninggal akibat kecelakaan kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan observasional dengan wawancara mendalam.Informan penelitian terdiri dari 16 dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak potensi bahaya pada ketiga Home Industry konveksi yaitu bahaya mekanik, bahaya ergonomic, bahaya listrik, bahaya kimia, bahaya biologi dan bahaya psikologis di setiap proses kerja konveksi. Simpulan gambaran potensi bahaya pada Home Industry konveksi Permata, Kalisegoro dan Fanny  yaitu: jari terkena jarum, jari tergunting, tersandung, terjatuh, terpeleset, terpotong, tersayat, postur kerja yang janggal dengan posisi berdiri setengah membungkuk badan dan leher, aktivitas tangan secara berulang, tersengat arus listrik, kebakaran.

Central Java in 2017 experienced 30,383 work accidents. In 2018 the number of work accidents in Central Java reached 1,468 cases. Whereas in Semarang Regency in 2015 there were 1,336 occupational accidents, 6 people died, and in 2016 up to March 6 workers died due to work accidents.This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with an observational approach with in-depth interviews. The research informants consisted of 16 selected with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used interviews and observation.The results showed that there were many potential dangers in the three Home Industry convections. This research was conducted in May-June 2019 at the Home Industry convections Permata, Kalisegoro, Fanny. namely mechanical hazards, ergonomic hazards, electrical hazards, chemical hazards, biological hazards and psychological hazards in every work process of convection.Conclusions from the potential hazards in the Home Industry Permata, Kalisegoro and Fanny convection, namely: fingers hit by needles, fingers cut, tripping, falling, slipping, cut, slashed, odd work posture with standing position half bent body and neck, repetitive hand activities, electric shock, fire.
