ABSTRAK

            CV. Citra Jepara Furniture adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang menghasilkan indoor furniture. Di perusahaan ini ditemukan 13 kasus kecelakaan kerja pada tahun 2018. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah bekerja tidak sesuai SOP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi terapan SOP K3 CV. Citra Jepara Furniture. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, informan utama penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang pekerja, informan triangulasi HRD, teknik pemilihan dengan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOP K3 CV. Citra Jepara Furniture masih belum sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah No.50 tahun 2012 tentang penerapan SMK3. Indikator yang digunakan sebagai evaluasi penerapan SOP yakni komitmen top management, komunikasi, keterlibatan, kompetensi dan motivasi pekerja. Masih rendahnya komitmen perusahaan dan peningkatan motivasi pekerja dalam penerapan SOP K3. Masih kurang meratanya penyampaian informasi SOP K3 keseluruh pekerja, tidak dilibatkannya pekerja dalam penyusunan dan penyaluran SOP K3 dan masih rendahnya kepatuhan pekerja dalam menerapkan SOP APD. Disimpulkan dari 16 indikator penerapan SOP K3, 10 indikator Furniture tidak sesuai PP NO.50 Tahun 2012.

CV. Citra Jepara Furniture is a manufacturing company that produces indoor furniture. In this company was found 13 cases of work accidents in 2018. One of the contributing factors is working not according to SOP. This study aims to determine the applied evaluation of OHS SOP CV. Citra Jepara Furniture. This type of research is qualitative, the main informants of this study are 10 workers, HRD triangulation informants, selection techniques with purposive sampling. Data collection techniques by interviewing, observing and studying documents. The results of this study indicate that the application of OHS SOP CV. Citra Jepara Furniture is still not in accordance with Government Regulation No.50 of 2012 concerning the implementation of SMK3. The indicators used to evaluate the application of SOP are commitment to top management, communication, involvement, competence and motivation of workers. The company's low commitment and increased motivation of workers in implementing OHS SOP. The inequality in the delivery of OHS SOP information across workers is still lacking, workers are not involved in the preparation and distribution of OHS SOP and the still low compliance of workers in implementing PPE SOP. It was concluded that from 16 indicators of OHS SOP implementation, 10 indicators of Furniture were not in line with PP NO.50 of 2012.
