Analisis dan Pencatatan Pelaporan Kematian Maternal
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Kematian dan kesakitan ibu dapat dicegah. Kabupaten Cianjur memiliki jumlah kasus kematian ibu yang masih tinggi di antara kabupaten lainnya di Jawa Barat. Di Cianjur laporan kematian maternal baik di fasilitas kesehatan dan masyarakat dilakukan di tingkat kabupaten setiap bulannya. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis faktor yang menyebabkan kematian maternal yang dapat dicegah, faktor penyebab keterlambatan rujukan pada kematian maternal, menganalisis ketidaklengkapan pencatatan dan pelaporan kematian maternal di Kabupaten Cianjur Tahun 2015. Rancangan penelitian dengan Sequential Explanatory Mixed Method. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi dengan triangulasi sumber untuk menguji keabsahan data. Informan penelitian berjumlah 10 responden yang dipilih secara purposive. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November sampai Desember 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab kematian maternal paling banyak terjadi pada kematian maternal yang dapat dicegah. Simpulannya bahwa berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Kasus Kematian Maternal Di Kabupaten Cianjur Tahun 2015 paling banyak adalah kematian yang dapat dicegah, Keterlambatan dalam proses rujukan terbesar yaitu pengambilan keputusan dan pencatatan pelaporan kematian maternal yang belum lengkap.

Maternal mortality and morbidity can be prevented. The maternal mortality rate in Cianjur is one of the highest in the West Java. Maternal mortality reviews both facility and community based maternal mortality reviews are conducted at district level on monthly basis. The research aimed to analyze the factors that cause preventable maternal mortality, the factors that cause delayed in referral, andthe incompleteness of recording and reporting of maternal mortality in Cianjur District 2015. Sequential Explanatory Mixed Method was used to identify factors cause maternal mortality can be prevented. This type was qualitative as a case study approach, instrument was interviewed observations guidelines with source triangulation for data validity. Research informants, 10 respondents selected purposively, data analysis using content analysis methods, the research conducted from November to December 2016. The results showed that The majority of maternal mortality are preventable. The research conclusion was the majority of maternal mortality are preventable, the majority delayed in the referral was decision making and recording and reporting of the maternal mortality had not complete.
