Pelaksanaan Program Kelas Ibu Hamil Risiko Tinggi

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Kelas ibu hamil merupakan sarana belajar bersama ibu hamil agar memperoleh pengetahuan yang cukup untuk mencegah komplikasi, meningkatkan cakupan kunjungan ibu hamil, dan melakukan persalinan pada tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program kelas ibu hamil risiko tinggi di Puskesmas Gondosari Kabupaten Kudus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan September s.d November 2019.  Jenis metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Informan utama berjumlah 4 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik  purposive sampling dan 5 informan triangulasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan instrumen berupa pedoman wawancara mendalam, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa tenaga kesehatan yang berpartisipasi sudah cukup tetapi hanya 1 bidan yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. bidan belum mampu untuk menggerakan peran serta suami atau keluarga untuk mengikuti program kelas ibu hamil kemudian kegiatan yang sudah berjalan sudah dilaporkan tetapi belum ada evaluasi dari dinas kesehatan kabupaten Kudus. Pelaksanaan program kelas ibu hamil risiko tinggi belum sesuai dengan pedoman pelaksanaan kelas ibu bamil seperti yang ditetapkan oleh Kemenkes RI.

ABSTRACT

Pregnant mothers class is a means of learning together with pregnant women in order to gain enough knowledge to prevent complications, increase coverage of pregnant women 's visits, and deliver deliveries to health workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of high-risk pregnant mothers class programs in the Gondosari Health Center, Kudus Regency. This research was conducted in September to November 2019. This type of research method is qualitative with the type of case study. The main informants numbered 4 people selected based on purposive sampling techniques and 5 triangulation informants. Data was collected by instruments in the form of in-depth interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that there were enough health workers participating but only 1 midwife had participated in the training. midwives have not been able to mobilize the participation of their husbands or families to participate in the pregnant mothers class program and then the activities that have been running have been reported but there has been no evaluation from the Kudus district health office. The implementation of the high-risk pregnant mothers class program is not in accordance with the guidelines for the implementation of the Bamil-mother classes as stipulated by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
