KEJADIAN PERNIKAHAN USIA DINI PADA WANITA USIA 15-24 TAHUN DI KECAMATAN ARUT SELATAN

Berdasarkan data BPS dan UNICEF tahun 2020 , pada tahun 2018 Indonesia memiliki angka 1.220.900 perempuan yang menikah sebelum usia 18 tahun, dan angka ini menempatkan Indonesia pada 10 negara dengan angka absolut perkawinan anak tertinggi di dunia. Studi pendahuluan di KUA Arut Selatan, Kecamatan Arut Selatan merupan Kecamatan dengan kasus pernikahan usia dini selama 3 tahun berturut-turut (2018-2020). Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pernikahan usia dini pada wanita usia 15-24 tahun di Kecamatan Arut Selatan Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan case control. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 Oktober 2021 yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Arut Selatan Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 70 responden, 35 responden kasus, 35 responden kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor pengetahuan (p-value=0,001) OR=10,54, Sikap responden (p-value=0,002) OR=0,209, tingkat pendidikan responden (p-value=0,004) OR=4,18, Suku (p-value=0,000) OR=11,50, akses informasi (p-value=0,053) OR=2,59, pendidikan orang tua (p-value=0,031) OR=2,87, penghasilan orang tua (p-value=0,000) OR=6,76. pekerjaan orang tua (p-value=0,054) OR=2,16, peran institusi pendidikan (p-value=0,131) OR=0,46, peran tokoh agama (p-value=0,220) OR=1,83. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara faktor pengetahuan, sikap responden, tingkat pendidikan responden, suku, pendidikan orang tua, dan penghasilan orang tua. Tidak ada hubungan antara faktor akses informasi, pekerjaan orang tua, peran institusi pendidikan , dan peran tokoh agama.

               Based on data from BPS and UNICEF in 2020, in 2018 Indonesia had 1,220,900 women who married before the age of 18, and this figure places Indonesia in the 10 countries with the highest absolute number of child marriages in the world. Preliminary study at KUA Arut Selatan, Arut Selatan Subdistrict is a sub-district with cases of early marriage for 3 consecutive years (2018-2020). The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with early marriage in South Arut District, West Kotawaringin Regency. This type of research is analytic observational with a case control design. This research activity was carried out on October 11, 2021 which was carried out in the South Arut District, West Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The results show that the knowledge factor (p-value = 0.001) OR = 10.54, the attitude of the respondent (p-value = 0.002) OR = 0.209, the respondent's education level (p-value = 0.004) OR = 4.18, ethnicity (p -value=0.000) OR=11.50, access to information (p-value=0.053) OR=2.59, parent's education (p-value=0.031) OR=2.87, parent's income (p-value= 0.000) OR=6.76. parents' occupations (p-value=0.054) OR=2.16, the role of educational institutions (p-value=0.131) OR=0.46, the role of religious leaders (p-value=0.220) OR=1.83. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge factors, respondents' attitudes, respondents' education level, ethnicity, parents' education, and parents' income. There is no relationship between the factors of access to information, parents' occupations, the role of educational institutions, and the role of religious leaders.
