Penerapan Fasilitas Sanitasi dan Protokol Kesehatan Pencegahan COVID-19 di Pemandian Umum

Pembukaan kembali pemandian umum di objek wisata Guci Kabupaten Tegal pada September 2021 telah meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan mencapai 750 orang per hari. Antusiasme wisatawan yang tinggi ini harus diikuti dengan penerapan sanitasi dan protokol kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran penerapan fasilitas sanitasi dan protokol kesehatan pencegahan COVID-19 pada pemandian umum di kawasan objek wisata Guci. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama Desember 2021-Januari 2022. Jumlah sampel adalah 8 pemandian umum diambil dengan simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh pemandian umum tidak memenuhi syarat kesehatan yaitu variabel sarana cuci tangan (100%), sarana pembuangan sampah (62,5%), sarana pembuangan air limbah (62,5%), penyediaan air bersih (100%), sarana toilet (75%), serta protokol kesehatan pencegahan COVID-19 (100%). Seluruh pemandian umum harus menerapkan fasilitas sanitasi dan protokol kesehatan pencegahan COVID-19 dalam upaya pencegahan penyebaran penyakit di objek wisata.
Abstract
The reopening of public baths at Guci tourist attraction, Tegal district in September 2021 has increased the number of tourists reaches 750 people per day. This high tourist enthusiasm must be accompanied by the implementation of sanitation and health protocols. This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of sanitation facilities and health protocols to prevent COVID-19 in public baths in the Guci tourist attraction. Type of research is descriptively quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted between December 2021-January 2022. The number of samples is 8 public baths taken with simple random sampling. Data collection method using observation sheets. Data were analyzed univariately. The results showed that all public baths did not meet health requirements, namely hand washing facilities (100%), garbage disposal facilities (62.5%), wastewater disposal facilities (62.5%), clean water supply (100%), toilet facilities (75%), and COVID-19 prevention health protocol (100%). All public baths must implement sanitation facilities and COVID-19 prevention health protocol in effort prevention to spread of diseases in tourist attractions.
