Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor adalah sebuah perusahaan umum milik daerah Kabupaten Bogor yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyedian air bersih bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Bogor. Badan usaha tersebut tidak lepas dari potensi bahaya yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian akibat dari banyaknya proses kerja yang dilakukan oleh para pekerja. Intake sangat penting adanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan proses produksi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis risiko bahaya pada proses kerja pembersihan Intake serta mencari tahu pengendalian yang tepat menggunakan metode analisis Job Safety Analysis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober sampai November 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah bahaya yang terdapat pada proses kerja pembersihan Intake yaitu tenggelam, terbawa arus sungai, adanya hewan buas, terjatuh, tergores benda tajam, dan terpeleset. Pengendalian yang ada di perusahaan masih bertumpu pada pengendalian APD. Perlu dilakukannya Tindakan pengendalian lebih lanjut dan sesuai dengan hiraerki pengendalian.

Abstract

Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor is a public company owned by the Bogor Regency area which is engaged in providing clean water services for the people of Bogor Regency. The business entity is not free from potential hazards that can cause losses as a result of the many work processes carried out by workers. Intake is very important to meet the needs of the production process. The purpose of the research is to analyze the risk of hazards in the Intake cleaning work process and find out the right controls using the JSA (Job Safety Analysis) analysis method. This research was conducted from October to November 2022. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the research that has been done are the hazards in the Intake cleaning work process namely drowning, being carried away by river currents, presence of wild animals, falling, being scratched by sharp objects, and slipping. Existing controls in the company still rely on PPE control. It is necessary to carry out further control measures and in accordance with the hierarchy of control.
