Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a product for physical fitness activities at school. This research is research and Development (R&D). The following research procedures: 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection 3) product design, 4) validation of the Design (1 physical education experts and 2 learning experts), 5) revision of designs, 6) Small-scale trials (30 students), 7) product revision, 8) Large-scale trials (84 students), 9) Product revisions, 10) mass production that resulted in the RAC product (Reaction, Accuracy, Coordination) for physical education. The results of expert validation of the initial product of the study found that the average (92.6%) was very good, with some revisions such as the cross section of the reflection board having to be painted to maximize the reflection. Then the product was tested on a small scale with an average yield of 74.72% (good). After that the product was revised by an expert and declared very feasible to use. Then the product was tested on a large scale with an average yield of 96.61% (very good). Based on the results of research analysis, the RAC (Reaction, Accuracy, Coordination) tool can be used as a learning model for physical fitness activities at school. Suggestions for physical education teachers are expected to be able to use this tool for learning physical fitness activities in accordance with the book's use of tools so that it can help students to be more active and enthusiastic about learning physical education at school.
