Abstract

the purpose of this research is the business of recreational sports vehicles Muncul River Tubing Banyubiru District Semarang Regency.This type of research is descriptive qualitative with methods of collecting data on observation, interviews, and documentation. The targets in this study are the business players of the recreational sport Muncul River Tubing. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Research results: (1) Using social media and websites as their main marketing tools. (2) The financial part is transparent. (3) Human resources are residents and most are still teenagers. (4) The facilities offered are attractive, but the facilities and infrastructure must be maintained properly so that visitors remain comfortable. Conclusions and suggestions in this study are the business of recreational sports media muncul river tubing in Banyubiru District, Semarang Regency, for marketing them using social media and websites. For financial administration, river tubing itself is good, it can be shown through financial statements. Human resources in Muncul River Tubing are residents so that a positive impact on the village appears like reducing unemployment. And the facilities offered are quite good. Have a marketing strategy, financial management, human resources, and facilities that are arranged so that they can meet the demands of their development and the owner must further improve the quality and equipment so that the business can flourish.
