Abstract

The development of motor ability plays an important and influential role in the development and growth of each individual's mobility skills. Based on obervasi results, students do very little movement and physical activity one that makes students move a little bit, namely gadgets. The problem of research is: "how big is the level of motor skills of junior high school students in Todanan Sub-district of Blora Regency?" The purpose of the research is to know the level of motor skills of junior high school students in Todanan Sub-District, Blora Regency. The design of the research is quantitative descriptive research with test and measurement survey methods. The sample withdrawal technique uses the sample random sampling method by way of sweepstakes. Based on the results of the study showed the level of motor development of 209 students. The 91 male students made up 30% entered the category of good once 35.53% entered into the good category 27.47% entered into the category while 5.12% entered the category less 1.83% entered into the category less once. The 118 female students made up of 1.91% entered the category well 7.38% entered into the category of good 34.33% entered into the category while 33.10% entered into the category less 23.25% entered into the category less once. The conclusion of the study obtained the level of motor development of junior high school students in Blora District Todanan District is that the male students have a good motor skills in the category and the female students have moderate category motor skills.
