purpose of the research is to describe and assess the potential tourist attraction, mapping the potential of attractions, and obstacles in developing tourist objects in the City Semarang. The method in this study is a qualitative descriptive triangulation of data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and scoring method to determine the potential of attractions.The result of the research shows that the tourism object based on artificial tourism has an advantage compared to nature tourism and cultural tourism. Constraints of synergy between the government, stake holders and Public. The tourism potential that currently exists has not been evenly distributed by the government's role in places tourist attractions as a whole and the community lacks a sense of tourism awareness.The conclusion of the research is the potential of Semarang Regency tourism object natural tourism base, cultural tourism, and artificial tourism. Where artificial base tourist attractions have higher potential, which will later become the leading tourist base in Semarang Regency. High potential tourism objects in Semarang Regency include Bandungan Subdistrict (Candi Gedong Songo), Bawen District (Hortimart Agro Center).Constraints have not been completely involve or not involved the role of the government as a whole and the community lack of awareness of travel. Suggestions should attractions in the city of Semarang be develop, tourism awareness education needs to be held in the community.

Kesesuaian Bakat dalam Olahraga Sepakbola pada Siswa SSB Tri Cakti Semarang Usia 11 – 12 Tahun 2021

The purpose of the study was to determine the level of talent of SSB Tri Cakti Semarang students aged 11-12 years in the sport of soccer. This research method uses a descriptive method with a sports search talent scouting survey technique through a quantitative percentage approach. The research population was 75 students and the sample was 21 students, taken using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a sport search model talent scouting test. The results of the study showed as many as 25 students. As for the group there (28%) are very talented in the sport of soccer. There are (4%) talented, moderately talented, and less talented in the sport of soccer. And there are also (60%) not talented. 18 students do not match between their talents. The conclusion is that 7 students have very gifted criteria, 1 student has gifted criteria, 1 student is quite talented, 1 student is less talented, and 15 students are not gifted. Researchers suggest for SSB Tri Cakti Semarang to do a Sport Search test to find out the talent results of the students in the team so that the coach can find out the results of student deficiencies. For students who still have poor performance, they must improve the pattern of practice in order to reach the existing standard.

This study aims to describe and examine the types of weekend recreational sports activities, a form of fulfilling the needs of weekend recreational sports activities, as well as the environmental potential that can be accessed by the weekend sports community in the Graha Padma housing complex, Semarang. This research approach is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Narrative data analysis technique with data reduction steps, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research on the types of weekend recreational sports activities in the Graha Padma housing complex, Semarang, showed diversity, including walking, jogging, cycling, playing, and aerobic exercise. Fulfillment of the values of community needs that are manifested from weekend recreational sports activities include the fulfillment of physiological needs, security needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. The conclusions of this study are 1) The most popular type of sports activity is walking, which is the most favored by the perpetrators because it is easy, lively, and affordable. 2) The form of fulfillment of the most common needs, especially the level of physiological, safety, and social needs. 3) The potential of the environment is easy to reach, safe, comfortable, beautiful, and available areas for weekend sports activities.

The aim of the researcher through this research is to produce game media products to facilitate physical fitness learning in fourth grade elementary schools. This research is a research and development (R&D). The results of the initial product expert validation obtained an average (83.3%) very good. With the revision, the safety of students and equipment was adjusted to the characteristics of elementary school students. The results of small-scale trials obtained on average (83.61%) were very good. The expert's revision results stated that it was feasible to use. The results of large-scale trials obtained on average (89.38%) are very good. Based on the results of the research analysis, the puzzle run game media can be used as a medium for learning physical fitness activities in elementary schools. suggestions for physical education teachers, it is hoped that they can use this media for learning physical fitness activities according to the media use book so that they can help students become more active and enthusiastic about participating in physical education learning at school.

Online learning is online learning, namely by conducting distance learning by utilizing online applications and internet networks. Online learning, especially in physical education learning, requires good readiness in terms of devices, teachers, and students who play a role in the success of physical education learning conducted online. The purpose of this study was to determine how readiness of learning tools, teacher readiness, and student readiness in carrying out physical and physical education online learning in SMP/equivalent in the Donorojo District, Jepara Regency in 2021. The results showed that the readiness of online learning tools in SMP/equivalent throughout the Donorojo District already meets the standards where the learning tools used have been adapted to online learning needs. Teachers' readiness in carrying out learning is reasonably good, and students' readiness is quite suitable, where it is vastly fulfilling in the form of student learning infrastructure to study online.

The purpose of the study was to determine the management of swimming pools in the Boja District, Kendal Regency. The research method used is qualitative research, namely collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research location was carried out in four swimming pools in Boja District, namely the Boja Swimming Pool, the Boja River Walk Swimming Pool, the Tirta Nusantara Swimming Pool and the Trisobo Park Agro Tourism Swimming Pool. The results obtained in the form of data planning (planning), Organizing (Organizing), Staffing (Staffing), Motivating (Motivating), Supervision (Controlling). Based on the existing data, it can be concluded that the management of swimming pools in the Boja District in 2020 is said to be good, but the supervisory management function has not gone well. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect and test the ladder drill and ball feeling exercises on increasing dribbling ability. This type of research is a quantitative two pretest-posttest group design. The target of this study were students of SSB Galaxy U 13. The data analysis technique used the t test with a significant level of 5%. Research result; (1) value of t count (4,570> t table (2,262). Significance 0.000 < 0.05. It means Ho: rejected and Ha: accepted. There is an effect of ladder drill training on increasing dribbling. (2) the value of t count (4,709)> t table (2,262). Significance 0.000 < 0.05. It means Ho: rejected and Ha: accepted. There is an effect of ball feeling training on improving dribbling. The percentage increase in dribbling was obtained by ladder drill by 5,56%, while ball feeling exercise increased by 6,79%. It was concluded that the value of 5,56% < 6,79% hen the effect of ball feeling exercise was more effective than ladder drill exercise. Suggestions, coaches and athletes can use ball feeling training as a form of training program to improve dribbling abilities.

The purpose of this study was to produce a product for developing health education teaching materials through interactive media learning PJOK for Junior High Schools. This research is a development research or R&D which refers to the development of Borg & Gall. The data from the validation of learning experts got a percentage of 94% in the "very good" category. The data from the physical education expert validation results obtained a percentage of 86% in the "very good" category. Then the product was tested on a small scale with an average percentage result of 87% in the "very good" category. After that the product was revised by experts and declared very suitable for use. Then the product was tested on a large scale with an average percentage result of 90% in the "very good" category. The conclusion of this study is the development of health education teaching materials through interactive powerpoint media teaching materials products can be used as an alternative in learning physical education, sports and health (PJOK) offline or online for class VII students.

The purpose of this study was to produce a product for developing health education teaching The research objective was to determine whether or not the effect of street and silent shooting training on shooting accuracy as well as to analyze the type of training which was better for shooting accuracy. This type of experiment research uses a group pretest and posttest design. The study population was 24 students of SSB New Tugu Muda u15 Semarang City. The sampling technique used total sampling, so that the sample size was 24 students. The data collection technique used a shooting accuracy test. The data analysis technique used paired-sample t-test and independent-sample t-test. The results obtained information that (1) there is an effect of street ball shooting practice on shooting accuracy, (2) there is an effect of still ball shooting practice on shooting accuracy for players, (3) still ball shooting practice is better than street ball shooting practice on shooting accuracy shooting at a 15 year old player at the NEW Tugumuda Football School Semarang. Conclusion this research is that street ball shooting exercises and stationary balls have an effect on shooting accuracy and still ball shooting exercises are better than street ball shooting exercises.

The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research location is in the Dukuhturi District, Tegal Regency. The results of this study are a clear picture of the condition of the profile and competence of physical education teachers in the Dukuhturi District, Tegal Regency in 2021 which was obtained through interviews, observations and also documentation. From the results of interviews and observations that I have made of physical education teachers in the Dukuhturi District, Tegal Regency, they are quite good at understanding the 4 teacher competency standards (pedagogic, personality, social, and professional competencies). The conclusion of this study is that teachers are able to know what to do during the pandemic in teaching and learning activities so that students remain enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in learning. The results of this study that extracurricular management at SMP Negeri 1 Muntilan has gone well with the obtaining of attendance journals and training programs, but in organizing at SMP Negeri 1 Muntilan, Magelang Regency, only a part has an organizational structure that specifically handles extracurricular activities. The obstacles faced in implementing extracurricular activities include; time, infrastructure, weather and equipment financing. The conclusion in this study is that the management of sports extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Muntilan has been going well with the discovery of an existing journal of attendance and training programs and the obstacles faced in implementing sports extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Muntilan, namely; time, facilities and infrastructure, as well as the weather and the less enthusiastic interest of female students.

This study uses descriptive research methods with data collection techniques using surveys. The subjects in this study were participants who were registered as participants of the Permata Free Throw Virtual National Basketball Championship. Collecting data using a questionnaire instrument, with a reliability coefficient of 0.886. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research is that the social media that is widely used is Instagram with a percentage of 29% and from 4 elements, namely communication between social media managers and social media users, communication between social media users, brand equity, and brand attitude is included in the high category. So it can be concluded that social media contributes as a promotional medium to take part in the Permata Free Throw Basketball Virtual National Open Championship 2020.

Efforts to improve the quality of education are certainly inseparable from learning facilities, that the development of learning models urgently needs to be done by educator teachers to improve the learning process that is interesting and fun for students. In the method of development research with sequence. research and data collection, planning, product draft development, initial field trials (small-scale trials), revision of small-scale trials to improve trial results, large-scale field trials conducted through interview questionnaires and analysis of results. From the results of the study on the validation of the expert tailor showed a percentage of 84%. During a small-scale trial, the results of the student study questionnaire showed a presensatse of 95% with a sample of 25 6th grade students and a large group test showed a percentage of 99% with a sample of 29 6th grade students and until the print of the product. The results can be concluded on large group tests on athletic learning models through star switching effectively conducted with large group tests. And can be revised the product if it needs to be revised and can be continued on the product feasibility test. In large-scale tests this time the study did not experience problems or obstacles. And from the team of expert validators this research has been felt good and can be continued to print the product.

The survey of soccer achievement development at the soccer school (SSB) in the city of Magelang in 2022 used a qualitative research type, in which efforts were made to explore and understand the meaning of what happened to various individuals or groups stemming from social or humanitarian issues. The results showed that the implementation of achievement development in terms of several aspects such as training programs, sources of SSB funds, mass processing, nurseries, facilities and infrastructure and achievements were quite good. The coaching process has been carried out according to the level of development. In terms of organization, all three have organizational tools and have carried out their duties well. The coach as an organizational device also carries out his duties well and makes training programs that are grouped according to the athlete's age and include technical, physical and mental training. In addition, funding is also well managed and well distributed for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure. However, there is a need for improvement in several aspects in order to increase athlete achievement.

This study aims to determine the role of elementary school physical education teachers in improving the implementation of UKS in public elementary schools throughout Kayen Village. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a population of 6 Public Elementary Schools in Kayen Village and the sample used by all physical education teachers in State Elementary Schools in Kayen Village is 6 teachers (total sampling). The test instrument uses a questionnaire and documentation. The analysis technique uses the percentage score formula and the descriptive percentage analysis criteria table from Sudijono in 2009. The results show that the role of physical education teachers in improving the UKS of Public Elementary Schools throughout Kayen Village, Pati Regency is carried out well along with several factors such as: instilling healthy living habits (67%) , teaches students hygiene (83%), supervises and checks the cleanliness of the school environment (50%), performs first aid and light treatment (67%), recognizes signs of infectious diseases and their consequences (67%), knows efforts as an action next (83%). The role of physical education teachers in UKS activities at State Elementary Schools throughout Kayen Village has been going well, because they have taken 6 factors to support the implementation of UKS.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the standardization of facilities and infrastructure for badminton, swimming, table tennis in Cilacap Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the head of the field of sports infrastructure, field manager, coach. The research data collection technique used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Technical analysis of the data carried out includes data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data in this study used data triangulation. The results of the research on badminton facilities and infrastructure are suitable for training and organizing championships up to the national level. Swimming facilities and infrastructure are only suitable for use for training, while for organizing championships they are not suitable for use. Because swimming facilities and infrastructure are not yet owned by the Regency government, but are owned by the private sector. Table tennis facilities and infrastructure are only suitable for training and holding championships up to the National level. The conclusions of this research are, Standardization of facilities and infrastructure for badminton, swimming, table tennis at DISPORAPAR Cilacap Regency in 2021 is included in the criteria quite feasible.

The purpose of the study: (1) to find out sports interests; (2) sports talents; (3) dominant sport talents and ; (4) the suitability between interests and talents of junior high school students. This research approach uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study are junior high school students who lived in the Muhammadiyah Ajibarang orphanage. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research are (1) Questionnaire, (2) Sport Search test, (3) Documentation. From the results of data analysis obtained various kinds of sports interest in students which are influenced by intrinsic factors of 76.63% and extrinsic factors of 70.11%. There are various kinds of sports talent in students based on the talent of the athletic, martial, individual, racket, team, water and sports groups top 10 ranking. The dominant sport talents for students is diving. A total of 5 or 17.2% of students have a match between interests and talents, while 24 or 82.8% of students do not. The conclusion is that junior high school students who live in the Muhammadiyah Ajibarang Orphanage have various sports talents, but most of them of the potential is not in accordance with the interests of the students.

The research problem is the process of evaluating learning PJOK for public elementary schools has not been identified in Kertek District. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the evaluation process of attitudes, knowledge, and skills of public elementary schools in Kertek District, Wonosobo Regency. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study of 24 physical education teachers at the State Elementary School in Kertek District found that the attitude assessment process was 83.33% (20 teachers) in the very good category, 16.67% (4 teachers) in the good category, then the knowledge assessment process was 29.17% ( 7 teachers) in the very good category, 70.83% (17 teachers) in the good category and the skills assessment process there were 8% (2 teachers) in the very good category, 87.5% (21 teachers) in the good category, 4, 17% (1 teacher) in the sufficient category. The conclusion is that the evaluation process for learning PJOK in SD Negeri in Kertek District which includes the attitude assessment process, knowledge assessment, and skills assessment as a whole can be said to have been carried out well because seen from the results the average teacher is in the good category, namely the interval of 62.49%- 81.24%.

The purpose of the study was to determine the state and condition of the physical education learning facilities and insfrastructure for Elementary Schools in Mertoyudan District,Magelang Regency. This research method is a survey with a quantitative descriptive approach. The location if this research is in Magelang Regency with a target of 10 Elementary schools in Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency. Data collection techniques using qouta sampling technique, the instruments used are observation, documentation and interviews with the Principal and Physical Education Teachers. The results of this study indicate that the condition and existence of Elementary School Physical Education Facilities in Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency are in the good category (40%), sufficient category (60%),and less category (0%). meanwhile, the result of the insfrastructure condition are in goos category (10%), sufficient category (80%), and poor category (1%). The conclusion of this study is that the existing facilities and infrastructure in the Mertoyudan District Elementary school are in the sufficient category. suggestions from this research are that the agency at the school can help manage and maintain the facilities and infrastructure they have and modity the existing facilities and infrastructure in the school, especially in elementary schools for the Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency.

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe traditional games on the social behavior of children with special needs. This type of research is a qualitative research using an ethnographic approach. The subjects in this study were Ceria Mandiri SLB students. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study are the social behavior of ABK students in the socialization aspect, namely students can socialize well, are polite in getting along with other students but sometimes are still mischievous and cry when disturbed by their environment. Then on the interaction aspect, ABK students can interact with their friends even though ABK students are often angry when they feel disturbed. Not only that, ABK students look away when students feel awkward. Furthermore, on the role model aspect, that is not causing fights, but if they will react otherwise such as getting angry, hitting when they are not comfortable. Next is the communication aspect, students can establish conducive communication even though the communication process occurs both orally and in sign language.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the learning process at SLB Ceria Mandiri is still not varied. There needs to be a lot of innovation to increase enthusiasm and increase children's creativity to be better in the learning process.

This research aims to find out the picture of the level of community motivation in following aerobic gymnastics in the holy regency. Considering the recent development of sports is very rapid and the many choices of sports that are in demand to fill daily leisure time. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive shortness. The location of this study was conducted in Kudus Regency with this research sample is the community that participated in participating in aerobic gymnastics. The data collection technique in the study used questionnaires on a likert scale. Data analysis used includes validity tests, reliability and quantitative descriptive statistics. The results showed the level of community motivation in participating in aerobic gymnastics in Kudus Regency as many as 35 people (35%) belonged to a very high category, and as many as 65 people (65%) had motivation in participating in aerobic gymnastics in Kudus Regency included in the high category. So that it can be concluded that the level of community motivation in following aerobic gymnastics in Kudus Regency falls into the high category. The problem in this study is how the achievement coaching in the PB. Exotic Badminton Club, Simo District, Boyolali Regency, which includes athlete coaching, achievement organizations, facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of the athlete coaching in PB. Exotic Badminton Club, Simo District, Boyolali Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with the research location in the PB. Exotic Badminton Club, Simo District, Boyolali Regency. The sources of research data is (1) Person, namely: Owners, Managers, Trainers, and Athletes, (2) Place, namely the badminton training field or places. The collecting data used in study was interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of this study are as follow: (1) Athlete coaching conducted in PB. Exotic, Simo District, Boyolali Regency, is quite good and directed, (2) Organizational conditions carried out by well-coordinated, familial, and open-minded administrators are shown by good administrative management with funding assisted by cross subsidies to help athletes but needs to be improved, (3) The achievement achieved are very good at the Boyolali Regency level, (4) Facilities and infrastructure are quite adequate even though they are still borrowing from SMA Negeri 1 Simo. The conclusions from the results of the study are: (1) Achievement Development is carried out according to the program that has been made by the coach and agreed upon by the athlete in cooperation with the parents (2) The organization is quite good as shown by good administrative management by club administrators with funding assisted by parents through cross subsidies for helping underprivileged athletes, (3) very encouraging achievement by winning a prestigious match event in Boyolali Regency, (4) facilities and infrastructure are adequate and in accordance with existing standards as training support facilities even though they are borrowed at SMA Negeri 1 Simo.

The purpose of this study is to determine the management of planning (planning), organizing (organizing), directing (actuating), and controlling (controlling) Physical Education teachers to support the success of learning. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach and survey research design. The population of this study were all physical education teachers from 36 elementary schools in Temanggung District. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique (total sampling) so that the total research sample is 25 teachers. Data collection techniques used observations and questionnaires which were then analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that (1) The implementation of planning management (planning) for State Elementary School Physical Education teachers in Temaggung District to support learning success was classified as good criteria with an average of 76.4%. (2) The implementation of organizing management in the criteria is quite good with an average of 68.2%. (3) The implementation of organizing management in the criteria is quite good with an average of 68.6%. (4) The implementation of management supervision (controlling) in the criteria is quite good with an average of 66.4%. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how PPLPD sand volleyball athletes in Kendal Regency will be developing their performance in 2021. The research method used is quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The instrument used is an instrument of observation using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. From the questionnaires that have been carried out, the total results of the overall score of the questionnaire for coaching the achievements of PPLPD Sand Volleyball athletes in Kendal Regency in 2021 consist of 2 respondents in the very good category with a distribution of 10%, 8 respondents in the good category with a distribution of 40%, 5 respondents in the medium category with a distribution of 25 %, 5 respondents in the category of less distribution of 25% and 0 respondents in the category of very less distribution of 0%. So it can be said that the development of the PPLPD Sand Volleyball athlete achievements in Kendal Regency in 2021 mostly said it was in the good category, and no one said it was very lacking. The purpose of this study was to determine the purpose of this study to determine the performance of Physical Education teachers in Public Elementary Schools in Nguter District, Sukoharjo Regency in 2021 seen from lesson planning, implementation of learning and implementation of learning evaluation. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Retrieval of research data using a questionnaire. This research data processing technique uses a rating scale to make it easier to process data from the results of respondents' answers. This study obtained results from the low average performance of Public Elementary School Penjasorkes teachers in Nguter District, Sukoharjo Regency in 2021. This can be seen from the results of respondents' answers, namely: indicator answers are always or a value of 4 on aspects of learning planning (43.14%), implementation of learning (59.47%) and implementation of learning evaluation (62.93%). The conclusion from the results of the research is that the performance of Primary School Physical Education teachers in Nguter Sub-district, Sukoharjo Regency in 2021 in terms of the implementation of learning is low, in terms of the aspect of learning planning it is low, and in terms of the implementation of the evaluation of learning it is moderate.

The Covid-19 phenomenon forces PJOK learning activities to be carried out online. This study aims to find out how the implementation of PJOK learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at State Junior High Schools throughout the Boja District, Kendal Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of the research is a public junior high school in the District of Boja. The subjects in this study were principals, PJOK teachers, and students at state junior high schools throughout Boja District. The results showed that learning plans such as syllabus and lesson plans were sourced from the MGMP, while the implementation of learning was not in accordance with the existing lesson plans or could be said to adjust to the situation. The learning method used is the online method. The learning media used are Google Classroom, Zoom, Whatsapp and Goggle Drive. From the results of the study it can be concluded that in the aspect of learning planning it has been implemented quite well or not optimally. In the aspect of learning implementation, teachers have not used current technology, such as zoom or google classroom. In the evaluation aspect, all aspects of the assessment have been carried out. One of the obstacles in PJOK learning activities is unstable signal, limited quota and network, and there are some students who do not have mobile phones.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship between the level of achievement of futsal sports with academic achievement in students of education, physical, health, and recreation studies. This research uses correlational research method. The population in this study were students of UKM futsal Unnes. The data analysis technique used the product moment correlation test. The results of the research and discussion show that the correlation coefficient between the level of sports achievement and academic achievement of 0.681 is positive, meaning that the better the value of the level of sports achievement, the better the value of academic achievement. The significance test of the correlation coefficient was carried out by consulting the price of rcount with rtable, at = 5% with N = 34 obtained rtable of 0.329. The correlation coefficient between rx.y = 0.681 > r(0.05)(34) = 0.329, meaning that the correlation coefficient is significant. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant positive relationship between the level of achievement of futsal sports achievements and the academic achievements of PJKR UNNES students batch 2020. It is hoped that students can use it as study material in improving academic achievement by paying attention to their sports achievements.

This study aims to determine the anatomical structure of the body of a shot put athlete. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses (purposive) or based on the purpose of not having overlapping data when conducting data analysis. The results of the research conducted showed that the condition of the shot put athlete who took part in the 2021 POPNAS selection in Central Java was said to be moderate with a BMI of 28.08 so it was said to be obese and with the results of a speed of 5.2 seconds, running 30 meters was said to be moderate, flexibility 16 cm, agility 12 seconds, up and down 59 times. . With the psychological level of athletes in the good category of shot put with an average value of 72.8%, for muscle explosive power of 3.95 it is said to be moderate. The conclusion is not only body posture but physical condition is very taken into account in this study, the physical condition of the shot put athletes who took part in the 2021 POPNAS selection in Central Java can be said to be with moderate criteria. Physical condition is very important especially for an athletic athlete in the shot put number because it is to balance a large body posture.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the spike motion skills of junior players of the PERVOPA Patemon volleyball school which were analyzed for the prefix to landing, and total time so that it could improve the spike movement to be more effective and efficient. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. The sample is the 2 best athletes of the PERVOPA Patemon volleyball school who have good and correct spike skills with open spike and quick spike positions. The instruments used in this study were spike tests from Nurhasan and kinovea software by taking video documentation for analysis, calculating the results of the spike accuracy test, and calculating the power spike. The results showed that the spike motion skills of MR subjects and SA subjects were 100% included in the good category. Open spikes have a longer total time from the initial phase to the landing phase compared to the quick spike. SA has a higher jump, while MR has hand speed when impacting the ball. It can be concluded that the acceleration of motion and explosive power is more visible in the type of quick spike. The time of hitting the ball, the height of the jump, and the body mass greatly affect the results of the power spike. With the existence of technology, biomechanics is increasingly developing and becoming a reference for athletes and coaches.

The purpose of this study was to describe teacher perceptions, student perceptions, parents' perceptions and the obstacles faced in implementing PJOK online learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data is through source triangulation and method triangulation, while data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of PJOK online learning was carried out through material and practical delivery activities. The teacher's perception is that online learning is not as effective as face-to-face learning. Perceptions of students, students are not happy with online learning because they cannot meet the teacher and their friends. Parents' perception is that the implementation of online learning is less effective, because PJOK lessons have a lot of practice. The obstacles faced by the internet network are less stable and infrastructure facilities that are not yet adequate. In conclusion, the perception of teachers, students and parents towards PJOK online learning is less effective. Suggestions, it is necessary to increase collaboration between teachers, students and parents for the continuity of online PJOK learning in order to achieve the learning objectives that have been set.

This study aims to determine the level of physical condition of strength, speed, and endurance in athletes in the age group of 14 SSB Bina Muda Juwana Pati in 2021. This study used a survey method with a quantitative research type with a descriptive approach. The research sample was athletes at SSB Bina Muda Juwana with a total of 20 athletes in the age group of 14 years. The research instrument used measurements of speed (sprinting 40 meters), Strength (Push Ups and Sit Ups 2 minutes), endurance (12 Minutes Run). The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentage. The results of the research conducted by researchers on the physical condition of strength with Sit Up exercises which obtained good results, and Push Up exercises which obtained moderate results. The physical condition of speed got the overall result that the speed level seen from the 50 meter running exercise was in the very good category. The physical condition of endurance as measured by running exercises with a distance of 2.4 Km then calculated the time obtained for the players to get the results into the good category. The conclusions in this study, it can be concluded that the physical condition of strength in the 14 year age group at SSB Bina Muda Juwana Pati in 2021 is categorized as good.

The purpose of this study was to determine the physical condition and technique of wrestling athletes in Blora Regency. The research method uses descriptive quantitative. The instruments used are pretest, and documentation. The subjects of this study were all members of the wrestling athlete club in Blora Regency. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical techniques. Data analysis by collecting data, reducing data, and presenting data, and drawing data conclusions. The results showed that of the 10 male athletes who were in the good category 5, enough 2, less 3, and less than 1. Meanwhile, of the 4 female athletes who were in the good category 1, enough 2 and less 1. From the results of the physical condition test above The highest score was 553, the lowest was 416, the average score was 500 and SD 37. Meanwhile, for the results of the technical skills test assessment, the following data were obtained from a total of 14 test participants, there was 1 person in the very good category 1, good 4, enough 4, and less than 5, and the standard deviation value is 27 and the average value is 150, so it can be concluded that the physical condition of the wrestling athletes in Blora Regency is in the "enough" category while the technical skill condition is also in the "enough" category.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the learning method using skateboards and pullbuoys on the speed of 25m crawl style swimming in Abdul Aquatic Course Semarang students. As well as the difference and which is better between a skateboard and a pullbuoy. The data analysis technique in this study used inferential statistical analysis, hypothesis testing. The results showed that the R-square value of the learning method using the pull buoy was greater than the exercise using a skateboard. It means, "training using a pull buoy is better to use in increasing the speed of swimming in the 25-meter crawl style for the students of Club Abdul Aquatic Course (AAC) Semarang". The conclusion is that the exercise using a pullbuoy is better than a skateboard in increasing the speed of swimming in the 25-meter crawl style of students at the Abdul Aquatic Course Semarang club. The advice obtained by the researcher is that the trainer is expected to be able to use exercises using pullbuoys as a form of training program at a crawl speed swimming style of 25 meters.

This study aims to determine the application of online learning to PJOK subjects during a pandemic. The type of research used is qualitative research. The focus and locus in this study were two teachers and students of PJOK subjects at the State Vocational High School 01 Pabelan. Data collection is carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out descriptively by explaining, managing, describing, and interpreting the results of the study with the sentence structure of the problem under study. PJOK online learning at The State Vocational High School 01 Pabelan using WhatsApp, Google Meet, and Google Classroom applications to carry out learning cannot run smoothly. There are many obstacles and obstacles when online learning in PJOK subjects that make it difficult for students to understand the material provided by PJOK Teachers. From the results of the study, it was concluded that online learning in PJOK subjects at the State Vocational High School 01 Pabelan, using the WhatsApp application, Google Classroom, and Google Meet as learning media ran less optimally. There are still many obstacles that prevent students from having difficulty understanding the PJOK learning material.

Injuries to the Young Indonesia Football School students have had a disastrous impact. The purpose of this study was to identify injuries and determine the factors causing injuries to young Indonesian football school students in Purworejo Regency in 2021. This research method used qualitative descriptive. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the injuries encountered were bruises, cramps, dislocations, strains, sprains, wounds and bleeding. Factors that cause injuries to young Indonesian soccer school students in Purworejo Regency are External Violence (external causes), Internal Violence (internal causes) and also Over Use. The conclusion of this study is the injuries that are often experienced by young Indonesian football school students in Purworejo Regency include bruises, cramps, dislocations, strains, sprains, wounds and bleeding and the factors causing the occurrence of injuries include external violence factors (causes originating from outside), Internal Violence (cause that comes from within) and also Over Use. Benefits of this research as a source of information and knowledge about injuries in football.
