PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN GURU DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP PARTISIPASI SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS EKONOMI KELAS VII SMPNEGERI 3 PATEBON KENDAL TAHUN AJARAN 2012/2013

Abstract

Keberhasilan proses pembelajaran di sekolah ditentukan oleh partisipasi siswa. Guru merupakan pemegang peranan utama dalam proses pembelajaran, partisipasi siswa terbentuk  jika kepemimpinan guru dalam proses pembelajaran telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan guru dalam proses pembelajaran terhadap partisipasi siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS ekonomi kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Patebon Kendal tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Populasi penelitian siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Patebon Kendal tahun 2012/2013 yang berjumlah 225 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan propotional random sampling yang dihitung dengan rumus Slovin diperoleh sebanyak 144 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis dekriptif menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan guru secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam  kriteria baik. Sedangkan variabel partisipasi siswa termasuk dalam kriteria kurang aktif. Hasil penelitian  menujukan  kepemimpinan guru dalam proses pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi siswa sebesar 37% dan sisanya 63% partisipasi siswa dipengaruhi oleh variabel  lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepemimpinan guru dalam proses pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS ekonomi kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Patebon Kendal tahun ajaran 2012/2013  sebesar 37%.

 

The success of the learning process in schools is determined by student participation. Teacher is the holder of a major part in the learning process, student participation form if the leadership of teachers in the learning process has been implemented. This study aims to determine the influence of teacher leadership in the learning process of the participation of students in social studies class economy SMP Negeri 3 Patebon Kendal academic year 2012/2013. The population in this study were students of class VII SMP Negeri 3 Patebon Kendal in 2012/2013, amounting to 225 students. Sampling using proportional random sampling is calculated by Slovin formula obtained by 144 students. Data collection techniques used are documentation and questionnaires while, techniques of data analysis is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis of the results showed that teacher leadership in both the criteria and the participation of students in the criteria are less active. Influence of teacher leadership in the learning process of the participation of students in social studies economy by 37% and the remaining 63% participation of student is influence by other variable not examined in this study.
