ANALISIS KETERSEDIAAN DAN POLA SEBARAN SPASIAL FASILITAS KESEHATAN TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT DI KECAMATAN REMBANG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan di Kecamatan Rembang?; (2) pola persebaran spasial fasilitas kesehatan di Kecamatan Rembang?; (3) fungsi pelayanan (daya layan) fasilitas kesehatan kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Rembang?; (4) besar tingkat kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Rembang terhadap pelayanan fasilitas kesehatan yang tersedia?. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kecamatan Rembang mempunyai 12 jenis fasilitas kesehatan terdiri dari  Rumah Sakit, Puskesmas, Apotek, Puskesmas Pembantu (PUSTU), Praktek Bidan, Klinik dan BKIA,Praktek Dokter, Toko obat/jamu, dan Posyandu. Desa yang mempunyai fasilitas kesehatan lengkap yaitu Desa Kabongan Kidul sebanyak 8 jenis fasilitas kesehatan atau 7% dari seluruh jenis fasilitas kesehatan per desa, sedangkan desa yang minim fasilitas kesehatannya yaitu Desa Kasreman dengan 1 fasilitas kesehatan 1% dari seluruh jenis fasilitas kesehatan per desa. Sebaran spasial fasilitas kesehatan yang mempunyai pola mengelompok dengan nilai T = 0,00 – 0,70 yaitu praktek dokter, apotek, klinik, dan toko obat/jamu.

This study aimed to determine: (1) the availability of health facilities in the District of Rembang?, (2) the pattern of spatial distribution of health facilities in the District of Rembang?, (3) service functions (power serviceability) to the public health facilities in the District of Rembang?, (4 ) the level of community satisfaction in the District of Rembang to health care facilities are available?. Results showed sub ​​Rembang has 12 types of health facilities consist of hospitals, health centers, pharmacies, (pustu), Midwife Practice, Clinical and BKIA, Practice Doctor, Drugstore / herbs, and IHC. Villages have medical facilities complete the Kabongan kidul village as much as 8 types of health facilities or 7% of all health facilities, while rural health facilities lack the Village Kasreman with 1% of health facilities of all types of health facilities. Spatial distribution of health facilities that have a clustered pattern with a value of T = 0.00 to 0.70 which is the practice of physicians, pharmacies, clinics, and drug stores / herbs. Spatial distribution patterns of health facilities that have spread to the value of T = 0.71 to 1.40 ie (pustu), and the Maternal Child Center (BKIA)​​. Spatial distribution of health facilities that have a uniform distribution pattern / spread to the value of T = 1.41 to 2.13 ie hospitals and clinics.
