Pengembangan Bahan Ajar dalam Rangka Peningkatan Pemahaman Siswa Terhadap Materi Peran Pers dalam Menyebarkan Paham Kebangsaan pada Masa Pergerakan Nasional di MA Padureso Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016
Abstract
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini: (1) mengetahui permasalahan handout yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran, (2) mengetahui desain handout yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan dapat dikembangkan dan (3) mengetahui keefektifan pengggunaan handout dilihat dari hasil pretest dan posttest. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan dalam handout yang telah tersedia di sekolah, yaitu dari segi tampilan, isi, dan jumlah handout. Desain handout yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa adalah handout yang disusun oleh peneliti, yaitu dengan dilengkapi peta wilayah dan tokoh yang bersangkutan dengan materi, cover desain menarik dan mewakili isi handout, dan dicetak dalam jumlah yang lebih banyak dari sebelumnya. Sementara itu, berdasarkan uji coba produk yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa handout efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah.
The objectives of this research are: (1) to know the handout problem that happened in the learning process, (2) how to design the handout according to the students needs and can be developed and (3) to know the effectiveness of handout usage seen from the pretest and posttest result. The method used in this research is Research and Development. The results show that there are several things in the handout that have been available in the school, ie in terms of appearance, content, and number of handouts. Handout design that fits the needs of students is a handout compiled by the researchers, which is equipped with a map of the region and figures associated with the material, cover design draws and examples of handout content, and instructions in the number of more than ever. Meanwhile, based on product trials conducted show effective handouts used in the learning process of history.
