UPAYA GURU DALAM MENGATASI HAMBATAN PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH DALAM KURIKULUM TINGKAT SATUAN PENDIDIKAN DI MADRASAH ALIYAH AL IRSYAD GAJAH DEMAK
Abstract
Artikel ini mengkaji mengenai pelaksanaan KTSP yang lebih menekan pada kemampuan guru untuk mengembangkan materi pelajaran dan menuntut pengembangan diri siswa setelah melaksanakan proses belajar, karena pengembangan diri merupakan komponen utama dalam KTSP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif.. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Sejarah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu (1) observasi, (2) wawancara, (3) dokumentasi. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejumlah hambatan yang dirasakan guru sejarah MA Al Irsyad Gajah dalam melaksanakan KTSP ternyata masih dalam level proses pembelajarannya, tidak pada level kurikulum itu sendiri. Upaya yang dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi hambatan KTSP adalah dengan mengintensifkan pendekatan PAIKEM.
This article examines the implementation of the SBC is more pressure on the ability of teachers to develop learning materials and requires the development of self-esteem after implementing the learning process, because the self-development is a major component in the SBC. This study used qualitative research methods .. Informants in this study is a history teacher. Data collection techniques in this study using several methods: (1) observation, (2) the interview, (3) documentation. Analyzes were performed using analysis of interactive models. The results showed that a number of perceived barriers MA Al Ershad history teacher in implementing SBC elephant was still in the learning process level, not at the level of the curriculum itself. Efforts are being made to overcome the obstacles teachers SBC is to intensify PAIKEM approach.
