Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of service providers and the satisfaction of users of aerobic infrastructure services in Demak Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The location of this research is an institution that is a provider of aerobic exercise instructor services in Demak Regency. The data collection methods in this research are: observation, interview, documentation, from each instrument the data collection method can be described. The research instrument used an interview guide, observation (observation) and documentation. Data analysis techniques used qualitative research conducted before entering the field, during the field and after completion of the field. The results showed that the results of the research in four locations were related to the management of aerobic gymnastics instructor service providers in Demak Regency which consisted of five functions, first the planning was running smoothly and well, secondly the organization was running poorly, the three movements were running well, the fourth was running supervision. well, and the five customer satisfaction is good.
