Model Supervisi Bimbingan dan Konseling Berbasis Structured Reflecting Teams Untuk Guru BK SMA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan supervisi bimbingan dan konseling (BK) saat ini; menganalisis model hipotetis supervisi BK berdasarkan Structured Reflecting Team (SRT); menganalisis model akhir; dan menganalisis seberapa efektif supervisi BK berbasis tim refleksi terstruktur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan penelitian dan pengembangan, mengacu pada model penelitian dari Borg & Gall (1996) yang disederhanakan menjadi 3 tahapan, yaitu: 1) studi pendahuluan, 2) pengembangan dan validasi, 3) evaluasi produk. Subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 orang pengawas satuan pendidikan, dan 6 orang guru BK SMA. Pengumpulan data menggunakan: wawancara mendalam, observasi, angket terbuka, format catatan diskusi terfokus. Teknik analisis data melalui instrumen kemudian dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan. Uji keefektifan model menggunakan aplikasi Winstep dan JASP, melalui uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test non parametrik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model supervisi oleh pengawas cenderung menggunakan model individual dan belum sepenuhnya berjalan efektif. Model SRTS efektif bagi pengawas guna melaksanakan supervisi program BK di SMA. Pengembangan model supervisi melahirkan model supervisi yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan, sistematis, terstruktur, dan terencana yang dikenal dengan structured reflecting team in group supervision (SRTS). Hasil analisis uji efektifitas model menunjukkan bahwa model ini efektif bagi pengawas dalam melaksanakan supervisi BK di SMA.
