Abstract

Artikel ini betujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perspektif waktu karir secara filsafiah dan ilmiah. Ruang lingkup yang dibahas pada artikel ini adalah: a) tinjauan filsafiah tentang perspektif waktu karir yang poinya berisi; hakikat perspektif waktu karir, keberadaan manusia dalam lingkup perspektif waktu karir. b) tinjauan teoritik tentang perspektif waktu karir yang poinnya akan berisi; riwayat singkat teori perspektif waktu karir, analisis konseptual perspektif waktu karir, dinamika/struktur teoretik perspektif waktu karir serta kegunaan teoretis dan praktis untuk BK. c) analisis perkembangan riset perspektif waktu karir. Prosedur metodologis artikel ini adalah kajian literatur dengan menemukan sumber-sumber materi tulisan yang sesuai dengan variabel dan permasalahan yang dikaji. Jenis data yang dipakai penulis dalam kajian ini adalah data yang didapat dari studi literatur. Data-data yang sudah didapatkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Artikel ini nantinya akan berguna dalam pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya, juga sebagai bahan referensi terkait tentang perspektif waktu karir. Hasil kajian ini berupa konsep perspektif waktu karir yang menjadi dasar riset dalam bimbingan dan konseling karir.


This article aims to describe the perspective of career time philosophically and scientifically. The scopes discussed in this article are a) a philosophical review of the career time perspective which contains; the nature of the career time perspective, human existence within the scope of the career time perspective. b) a theoretical review of the career time perspective the points will contain; brief history of career time perspective theory, conceptual analysis of career time perspective, dynamics/theoretical structure of career time perspective as well as theoretical and practical uses for BK. c) analysis of the development of career time perspective research. The methodological procedure of this article is a literature review by finding sources of written material that are in accordance with the variables and problems studied. The type of data used by the author in this study is data obtained from a literature study. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed by descriptive analysis method. This article will later be useful in the development of further research, as well as related reference material regarding career time perspectives. The results of this study are in the form of a career time perspective concept which is the basis for research in career guidance and counseling.
