Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (literature research) dengan demikian tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggabarkan analisis deskriptif, yaitu menggambarkan secara naratif data-data yang didapatkan mengenai Intervensi  psikologi positif.  Ada basis bukti yang cukup untuk mendukung intervensi psikologi positif secara luas di sekolah ( Dawood, 2013). Intervensi  psikologi positif terbukti efektif meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan meningkatkan kinerja akademik mereka ( Muro dkk., 2018 ). Intervensi  psikologi positif menunjukkan bahwa berhasil diterapkan dan menunjukkan beragam manfaat bagi siswa dalam hal pembelajaran dan kesejahteraan siswa ( Shankland & Rosset, 2017 ).  


Ada basis bukti yang cukup untuk mendukung intervensi psikologi positif secara luas di sekolah ( Dawood, 2013). Intervensi Psikologis Positif merupakan instruksi, aktivitas, dan rekomendasi yang didasarkan secara teori dan divalidasi secara empiris yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Intervensi Psikologis Positif memfokuskan penggunaan emosi dan kekuatan positif untuk mencapai atau meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Sejumlah penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi pada karakter dan kekuatan positif terkait dengan manfaat kesehatan dan kesejahteraan individu di berbagai bidang kehidupan.


Intervensi  psikologi positif terbukti efektif meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan meningkatkan kinerja akademik mereka ( Muro dkk., 2018 ). Intervensi  psikologi positif menunjukkan bahwa berhasil diterapkan dan menunjukkan beragam manfaat bagi siswa dalam hal pembelajaran dan kesejahteraan siswa ( Shankland & Rosset, 2017).
