Dinamika Perkembangan Konseling Religius

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dinamika perkembangan bimbingan dan konseling religius dalam konteks kesejarahan. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk library research, yakni penggalian data yang bersumber dari literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika perkembangan bimbingan dan konseling religius awal abad 21 mengalami peningkatan luar biasa. Beberapa tonggak berdirinya bimbingan dan konseling religius ditandai dengan: (1) berdirinya kelompok profesional, (2) dibukanya jenjang program doktor, (3) diterbitkan jurnal dan buku teks, (4) dilakukan riset, (5) dibuka  pusat penanganan, dan (6) tersebarnya literatur teori bimbingan dan konseling religius. Perkembangan bimbingan dan konseling religius/spiritual sejak 2008 hingga 2019 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima obyek penelitian, yaitu (1) landasan konseling religius, (2) penggunaan sumber daya religius dalam praktik bimbingan dan konseling, (3) pelatihan bimbingan dan konseling religius, (4) penerapan bimbingan dan konseling religius untuk kesehatan fisik dan mental, dan (5) bimbingan dan konseling religius dalam perspektif Islami.
