Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan PTK ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Matematika materi Bangun Ruang pada siswa kelas IV dengan menerapkan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) di SDN Muarareja 02 Tegal. Pelaksanaan PTK ini dilakukan melalui dua siklus dimana tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) pengamatan, (4) refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan pada akhir siklus dengan menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Indikator keberhasilan dari PTK ini yaitu, keaktifan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran minimal 75%, hasil belajar atau jumlah siswa yang mendapat nilai sesuai KKM (>55) minimal 75%, dan performansi guru dalam pembelajaran minimal B (>70). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari penilaian hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada siklus I yaitu: (1) rata-rata kelas 67,29; (2) ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal 70,83%; (3) rata-rata aktivitas siswa 73,19%; (4) nilai performansi guru 83,80%. Hasil belajar pada siklus II yaitu : (1) rata-rata kelas 77,27; (2) ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal 90,90%; (3) rata-rata aktivitas siswa 79,65%; (4) nilai performansi guru 90,60%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa dengan model pembelajaran TGT dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Matematika materi Bangun Ruang pada siswa kelas IV dan meningkatkan performansi guru di SDN Muarareja 02 Tegal tahun pelajaran 2011/2012.

The purpose of the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR) is to improve activities and results to learn mathematics materials build on students' classroom space by applying the model IV Teams Games Tournament (TGT) in the SDN Muarareja 02 Tegal. TOD implementation is done through two cycles where each cycle consists of four phases: (1) planning, (2) implementation of the action, (3) observation, (4) reflection. Data collection techniques performed at the end of the cycle by using the test, observation, and documentation. Indicator of the success of this CAR is, active students in learning activities at least 75%, the study or the number of students who scored according to KKM (> 55) at least 75%, and the performance of teachers in the learning of at least B (> 70). The results obtained from the assessment of student learning outcomes at the fourth grade I cycle, namely: (1) an average of 67.29 classes, (2) completeness in the classical learning 70.83%, (3) an average of 73.19 student activity %, (4) the performance of teachers 83.80%. Learning outcomes in the second cycle, namely: (1) an average of 77.27 classes, (2) completeness in the classical learning 90.90%, (3) an average of 79.65% student activities, (4) the performance of teachers 90 , 60%. Based on the results of the study concluded that the TGT learning model can increase the activity and results to learn mathematics materials build students' rooms on the fourth grade and improve the performance of teachers at SDN 02 Tegal Muarareja school year 2011/2012.
