Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) menganalisis pelaksanaan konseling kelompok,  (2) menganalisis penerapan nilai-nilai pesantren, (3) menghasilkan model konseling kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai pesantren untuk meningkatkan pengaturan diri santri, dan (4) menguji keefektifan model konseling kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai pesantren untuk meningkatkan pengaturan diri santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain research and development (RnD) dengan langkah-langkah: (1) persiapan pengembangan model, (2) merumuskan model hipotetik, (3) uji kelayakan model hipotetik, (4) perbaikan model hipotetik, (5) uji lapangan, dan (6) uji keefektifan model. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) konseling kelompok sudah dilaksanakan di MTs/MTW Pesantren Islam Al-Irsyad Tengaran-Kab.Semarang dengan teknik ceramah serta diskusi dan tujuan pelaksanaannya berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah; (2) penerapan nilai-nilai pesantren sudah masuk dalam kegiatan sehari-hari santri di pesantren. Hasil pengembangan yaitu: (1) diperoleh model akhir konseling kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai pesantren untuk meningkatkan pengaturan diri santri yang terdiri dari 7 komponen: rasional, visi dan misi, tujuan, isi model, dukungan sistem, tahapan pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut; (2) model konseling kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai pesantren efektif untuk meningkatkan pengaturan diri santri.

The objective of this study were: (1) analyze the implementation of group counseling, (2) analyze the application of the pesantren’s values, (3) produced a model of group counseling based on pesantren’s values to improve students’ self-regulation, and (4) test the the effectiveness of the group counseling model based on pesantren’s values to improve students’ self-regulation. This study used research and development design (RnD) with the following steps: (1) preparation of model development, (2) formulate hypothetical model, (3) test the feasibility of hypothetical model, (4) improve the hypothetical model, (5) field test, and (6) test the effectiveness of the model. The results of this study were: (1) the counseling group has been implemented in MTs/MTW Islamic Boarding School Al-Irsyad Tengaran-Semarang Regency by using lecture technique as well as discussions and implementation of its goal oriented in problem solving; (2) the application of pesantren’s values has been included in the daily activities of students in pesantren. The results of its development were: (1) It was obtained a final model of group counseling based on the pesantren’s values to improve students’ self-regulation that consisted of seven components: the rational, vision and mission, objectives, content models, support systems, stages of implementation, evaluation and follow-up; (2) model of group counseling based on pesantren’s values was effective to improve students’ self-regulation.
