Meningkatkan Sikap Disiplin Berlalu Lintas Melalui Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Role Playing

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji keefektifan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing untuk meningkatkan sikap disiplin berlalu lintas siswa pengendara sepeda motor kelas X IPS SMA N 12 Semarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pre-experimental design, dengan menggunakan One group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 12 siswa. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan skala sikap disiplin berlalu lintas siswa, pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Product Moment dan rumus alpha. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji Wilcoxon. Sikap disiplin berlalu lintas siswa pengendara sepeda motor sebelum diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing memiliki rata-rata skor 195,92 termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Sikap disiplin berlalu lintas siswa pengendara sepeda motor setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing memiliki rata-rata skor 245,42 termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon dengan taraf kesalahan 5% diketahui < (-3.062 < 14) maka Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing efektif untuk meningkatkan sikap disiplin berlalu lintas siswa.
The purpose of this research was to examine the effectiveness of group guidance service with role playing technique to improve the traffic discipline attitude of motorcyclist students of X Social Science class SMA N 12 Semarang. The method that used is pre-experimental design, using one group pretest-posttest design. This research use purposive sampling, with sample of 12 students. The data were collected using on the attitude of traffic discipline scale, testing of validity and reliability used Product Moment and alpha formula. The Data analysis used quantitative descriptive and Wilcoxon test. Discipline attitudes of motorcyclist students pass before being awarded group guidance services with role playing techniques have an average score of 195.92 included in the moderate category. The discipline attitude of motorcyclist students passes after being given group guidance service with role playing technique has an average score of 245.42 included in very high category. Based on the result of the Wilcoxon test in 5% level error, it was known that Z-value was lower than Z-table (-3.062 <14), so that Ha was accepted. It can be concluded that the group guidance services with role playing techniques effective to improve the traffic discipline attitude of motorcyclist students.
