Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of patriarchal belief and rejection sensitivity on violent behavior in dating by early adult men. The research method uses a quantitative approach to multiple linear regression analysis design. Data were collected through a questionnaire using the Teen Dating Violence: Perpetration and Victimization scale, the Patriarchal Belief Scale, and the Adult Rejection Scale Questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to 182 male respondents aged 18-25 who are currently dating or have been in a relationship for the last 6 months. The results of this study indicate that the patriarchal belief variable has a significant effect on dating violence behavior, while rejection sensitivity does not show a significant effect. When both variables were tested together, it was found that both had a significant effect on dating violence behavior.
