Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan, mendeskripsikan kondisi kecerdasan emosional, kedisiplinan, kompetensi akuntansi dan kinerja pelaksanaan prakerin, menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kedisiplinan dan kompetensi akuntansi  secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan prakerin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 456 siswa dengan sampel berjumlah 214 siswa. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional dinilai tinggi. Kedisiplinan dalam kategori yang tinggi. Kompetensi akuntansi dalam kategori yang rendah. Kinerja pelaksanaan prakerin dalam kategori yang tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis dan uji hipotesis dengan taraf kepercayaan 5%, n=214, menghasilkan (1) hasil analisi regresi secara simultan dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,546 dan hasil Uji ANOVA dengan nilai sig 0,000<0,05, dengan demikian hipotesis diterima. (2) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan prakerin, (3) Kedisiplinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan prakerin, (4) Kompetensi akuntansi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan prakerin.

The purposes of this study are describing the condition of emotional intelligence, discipline, accounting competence and the quality of the job training implementation, analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, discipline and accounting competence simultane and parcial ously toward the Quality of Job Training Implementation. The population of 456, with the total sample of 214 students. Based on the descriptive analysis, the emotional intelligence is high in value, the student discipline is in the high category, the accounting competencies is in low category,  and the quality of job training implementation is in high category. Based on the analysis and hypothesis testing with a level of confident 5%, n = 214, it conclude that (1) the results of the regression analysis simultaneously with the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.546, so the hypothesis is accepted. (2) the emotional intelligence positively has significant effect on the quality of  the job training implementation, (3) The discipline positively has significant effect on the the quality of  the job training implementation,  (4) Accounting competence does not affect the quality of the job training implementation.
