Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menguji model I-E-O untuk mengembangkan sikap kewirausahaan siswa SMKN Se-kabupaten Demak. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh input pendidikan yaitu lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan masyarakat terhadap environment yang diukur dengan student engagement maupun pengaruh input pendidikan terhadap outcome pendidikan kewirausahaan berupa sikap kewirausahaan siswa. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh environment terhadap outcome. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis multivariat Structural Equation Modeling. Jumlah populasi 667 siswa dan sampel 200 siswa. Hasil dan simpulan penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap student engagement dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap sikap kewirausahaan melalui student engagement. Terdapat pengaruh  antara lingkungan masyarakat terhadap student engagement dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan masyarakat terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap sikap kewirausahaan melalui student engagement. Terdapat pengaruh antara student engagement dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah  terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa.

 

This study tests the I-E-O model of an effort to develop an entrepreneurial attitude of SMK’s students in Demak district. The purposes of this study are to know the influence of the family environment that is educational inputs and environmental communities to environment as measured by student engagement and to know the influence of the educational input to the outcome which is entrepreneurial attitudes of the students and to determine the effect of environment on outcomes. The data was analyzed using multivariate analysis technique of SEM.The population of the study are 667 students and the sample are 200 students.The results of this study found that there is influence between family environments to Student Engagement in the learning activities at school, there is no influence of family environment on Entrepreneurship Attitude, there is indirect influence between family environmental to Entrepreneurship Attitude with student engagement as an intervening variable, there is influence of society on Student Engagement in the learning activities at school, there is  influence of society on Entrepreneurship Attitude,there is indirect influence between society to Entrepreneurship Attitude with student engagement as an intervening variable,there is effect between Student Engagement in the learning activities at school on Entrepreneurship Student Attitudes.
