METODE OUTDOOR LEARNING DALAM MENGGAMBAR BENTUK BERBASIS PANDUAN KINERJA SISWA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas buku panduan guru penilaian kinerja siswa menggambar bentuk yang valid, reliabel, dan praktis. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Pengecekan keabsahan data kualitatif dengan triangulasi data. Pengumpulan data kuantitatif diperoleh dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas. Validasi isi dengan metode expert judgement, pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan interrater reliability berbantuan program Genova. Model pengembangan mengacu pada model Borg and Gall, yang dibatasi sampai langkah ke-9. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Buku panduan guru valid secara isi dengan persentase 80,73% dan reliabel dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas (r) 0,82 untuk aspek psikomotorik serta 0,72 untuk aspek afektif siswa. Hasil belajar psikomotorik siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar, kelas VII B terdapat 30 siswa dari 34 siswa memperoleh nilai ≥75, kelas VII E terdapat 31 siswa dari 34 siswa memperoleh nilai ≥75, dan kelas VII F terdapat 32 siswa dari 34 siswa memperoleh nilai ≥75. Hasil angket respon siswa dan guru menunjukkan buku panduan guru dalam kategori praktis.

Contents valid instrument with percentage 80,73% and reliable with coefficient of reliability (r) of aspects of the psychomotor 0,82 and 0,72 for the affective aspects of students. Psychomotor learning outcomes of students achieve mastery learning, class VII B, there are 30 students from 34 students received grades ≥75, a class VII E there are 31 students from 34 students received grades ≥75 and VII F class there are 32 students from 34 students received grades ≥75, The results of the questionnaire responses of students and teachers to assess the performance assessment instruments in the practical category.
