Pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Afektif Peminatan Peserta Didik SMA Negeri 1 Semarang

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian afektif peminatan peserta didik SMA yang valid, reliabel dan praktis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) model Borg & Gall yang dimodifikasi tanpa tahapan terakhir yaitu diseminasi dan implementasi. Instrumen penilaian afektif peminatan peserta didik SMA dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis Mixmethod. Validitas isi instrumen diukur dengan divalidasi oleh 4: bidang materi dan pengukuran, psikologi, pengguna, dan kebahasaan melalui teknik walktrough. Validitas diukur menggunakan rumus product moment, dan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alfa cronbach. Validitas konstruk dianalisis faktor konfirmatori second order menghasilkan model konstruk Goodness of Fit model diukur menggunakan r2 variabel laten dependen dengan interpretasi yang sama dengan regresi Hasil penelitian didapatkan 25 butir valid pada angket minat yang mewakili 3 aspek minat pada peminatan. Instrumen observasi dengan 7 butir valid mewakili 3 aspek minat, dan instrumen wawancara dengan 10 butir yang mewakili 3 aspek minat. Nilai reliabilitas instrumen menunjukkan hasil 0.918 yang bernilai reliabilitas tinggi. Nilai R-square indicator minat pada peminatan menujukkan nilai yang tinggi, yaitu keterlibatan 0.906, perasaan senang 0.900, dan nilai guna 0.880. Kepraktisan instrumen sebesar 92% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dihasilkan instrumen penilaian afektif peminatan peserta didik SMA yang valid, reliabel, dan praktis yang dikemas menjadi buku panduan penggunaan penilaian afektif peminatan peserta didik SMA.
This research has an aim to develop a valid, reliable and practical affective assessment instrument of students’ specialization in senior high school. This research is a Borg & Gall research and development model which is modified by excluding the end phase that is dissemination and implementation. Affective assessment instrument of senior high school students’ specializationis analyzed by using Mixmethod analysis method. The instrument content validity is measured by 4-field validations: material and measurement, psychology, user, and language through walkthrough technique. Validity is measured by using product moment formula Instrument reliability is measured using alfaconbach formula and results in reliability value of 0.918. Construct validity analyzed by second order. confirmed factor results in a construct model of Goodness of Fit model measured by r2 latent dependent variable with the same interpretation with regression value.Interest questionnaires is results in with 25 valid items which represent 3 interest aspects in specialization. Observation instrument constitutes 7 valid items representing 3 interest aspects, and interview instrument comprises 10 items expressing 3 interest aspects. R-square interest of indicator in specialization that shows high points, i.e. 0.906 for involvement, 0.900 for enjoyment, and 0.880 for task value. Instrument practicality valuesat 92% with very good category. The research results in a valid, reliable, and practical affective assessment instrument of senior high school students’ specialization which is packed in a guide book of how to use affective assessment of senior high school students’ specialization.
