EVALUASI PROGRAM PEMBINAAN ATLET PADA KLUB BOLA BASKET PUTRA DI STKIP DHARMA WACANA METRO

Abstract

Klub Bola Basket STKIP Dharma Wacana merupakan suatu wadah bagi para mahasiswa yang menekuni bidang basket yang tergabung di dalamnya. Penerimaan pelatih untuk Klub Bola Basket STKIP Dharma Wacana sangat objektif dan hanya mengambil pelatih yang berprestasi dalam bidang melatih. seleksi yang dilakukan di klub ini menggunakan dua tes yaitu untuk melihat kemampuan peserta tes dalam kerja sama tim maupun kemampuan individu. Dari semua peserta yang mengikuti tes, tidak semua peserta bisa lolos tes dan masuk ke dalam Klub Bola Basket STKIP Dharma Wacana karena seleksi dengan ketat. Program pembinaan olahraga di Klub Bola Basket STKIP Dharma Wacana telah menerapkan komponen olahraga yang ditunjang oleh peran pemerintah dan peran klub olahraga dalam pembinaan. Klub Bola Basket STKIP Dharma Wacana juga tidak melakukan bursa transfer pemain untuk spekulasi dana klub seperti klub-klub basket lainnya, karena dalam Klub Bola Basket STKIP Dharma Wacana atlet dibina oleh lembaga dan hanya bermain untuk lembaga serta tidak diizinkan untuk mengikuti bursa transfer karena status mereka adalah mahasiswa STKIP Dharma Wacana. Kesimpulan latar belakang program pembinaan, tujuan program pembinaan pada Klub Bola Basket STKIP Dharma Wacana memiliki kejelasan dalam berdirinya pembinaan yang didasarkan pada data dan fakta secara nyata di lapangan.
