PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN EVALUASI PROGRAM PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN TEKNIK AUDIO VIDEO SMK

Abstract
Pengembangan instrumen evaluasi program Prakerin adalah perangkat yang telah di kembangkan sehingga dapat di gunakan untuk mengevaluasi program Prakerin kompetensi teknik audio video yang mencakup komponen input yang meliputi siswa, kurikulum, guru mapel produktif, sarana prasarana, komponen proses meliputi kesiapan siswa, kinerja guru pembimbing, kinerja pembimbing DUDI, output kemanfaatan program Prakerin bagi siswa dan DUDI. Langkah analisis dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada Borg dan Gall ( 2003:271 ) Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket, wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Validitas instrumen pada penelitian ini dianalisis dengan mengunakan korelasi bivariat antar masing masing skor indikator dengan skor total, reliabilitas instrument dianalisis dengan menggunakan formula alfa cronbach berbantuan SPSS 16.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komponen input 92%, komponen proses 93%, komponen produk 96%, instrument yang di kembangkan telah valid kategori sangat baik. Koefisien reliabilitas angket siswa 0,952, guru mapel produktif 0,974, guru pembimbing 0,936, pembimbing DUDI 0,950, sehingga instrument dikatakan reliabel. Berdasarkan data uji coba pada tahap implementasi, seluruh instrument valid, reliabel, dan praktis, dihasilkan menjadi buku panduan.

The validity were analyzed by using bivariate correlations between each indicator scores with the total score, the reliability were analyzed using Cronbach alpha formula 16 aided SPSS for windows. Questionnaire reliability coefficient of 0.952 students, teachers productive maple 0.974, 0.936 tutor, mentor DUDI 0.950, so the instrument said to be reliable. Based on test data on the implementation phase, the entire instrument is valid, reliable, and practical, resulting into a guide book.
