Abstract

Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah bagaimana efektifitas model pembelajaran GIICE terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus 4 kali pertemuan. Subyek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X IPS-1 SMAN 10 Semarang semester gasal tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, implementasi model pembelajaran GIICE efektif, ditandai dengan tercapainya ketuntasan belajar individual  80% dan klasikal  75, nilai karakter yang muncul 74,28%, pengaruh pendidikan karakter terhadap hasil belajar  12,74%, dan skor angket respon 81,7%.

The formula of the problem discussed in this research are how the effectiveness of the GIICE learning model against of the students learning outcomes. This research is designed into two cycles, each cycle held in 3 meetings. The research subjects are students of class X IPS-1 SMAN 10 Semarang semester one, 2014/2015. The results showed the GIICE learning model implementation is effective, characterized by the achievement of individual learning completeness ≥ 80% and classical ≥ 75, characters values of 74.28%, the effect of education character against learning outcomes 12.74%, and student responses score 81.7%.
