Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahuai validitas  dan  efektivitas  serta tanggapan siswa dan guru tentang DETAR sebagai media pembelajaran tematik kontekstual materi zat adiktif dan psikotropika. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development) subyek penelitian siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bodeh. Data tentang sumber belajar siswa diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode test. Kevalidan DETAR sebagai media pembelajaran tematik kontekstual serta tanggapan siswa dan guru diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket, dianalisis secara deskriptif prosentase. Hasil penelitian, media DETAR sangat valid (95% untuk media dan 91,66% untuk materi). Efektivitas media DETAR dalam pembelajaran efektif dengan motivasi tinggi dan hasil belajar tuntas secara klasikal, serta kenaikkan N-gain tinggi. Motivasi belajar siswa mencapai (85,84%) motivasi sangat tinggi. Hasil post-test tuntas secara klasikal 93,75% (31 siswa). Kenaikkan N-gain  ternormalisasi  sebesar  0,691  kategori  tinggi.  Tanggapan  guru  sangat positif (95%), tanggapan siswa 89% menguatkan hasil penelitian. Simpulan media DETAR sebagai media pembelajaran tematik kontekstual sangat valid dan efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to and find out know validity and effectiveness response from students and science teachers abaout the DETAR as contextual thematic learning on addictive and psychotropic substance. This research is the Research and Development, research subject is the students of calss VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bodeh. Test method is used to measure the result of  study. The questionnaire method is used to kknow the validity DETAR as contextual and thematic learning, were analyzed descriptively percentage. The results of  the research, DETAR media very valid (by 95% for media and  91.66 % for material). The effectivity of DETAR media in effectivity learning with high motivation and the learning result classically completely, an increase highly N-gain. The  students’ motivation research 85.84% very high. The results of  post-test reachs 93.75% (31 students). The Increase of  N-gain in normalized 0.691 for high category. The teacher’s response is very positive in (95 %), the students response is 89% at the result of the research. The conclusion of DETAR media as contextual thematic learning is very valid and effective to increase the student motivation and the result of study.
