Abstract

Nilai kognitif peserta didik pada materi pencemaran telah mencapai batas kriteria ketuntasan klasikal, namun banyaknya sampah berserakan di sekolah mengindikasikan rendahnya kesadaran dan sikap peserta didik terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang valid, efektif dan praktis dalam pembelajaran materi pencemaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2014/2015 di kelas VII MTsN 12 Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan  angket, observasi dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar angket validasi ahli, lembar observasi kegiatan pembelajaran,  jurnal dan angket sikap peduli lingkungan peserta didik, serta tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan, yaitu komponen silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, bahan ajar, lembar kerja peserta didik, dan alat evaluasi dinyatakan valid dengan kategori sangat baik; (2) ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar aspek kognitif mencapai 85,7 %, hasil belajar afektif pada 60% siswa mencapai kriteria baik dan 40% siswa mencapai kriteria sangat baik; hasil belajar psikomotorik  pada 100% siswa mencapai kriteria baik, dan (3) respon siswa terhadap penggunaan perangkat pembelajaran sains terpadu dalam pembelajaran pada kategori setuju. Berdasar hasil penelitian disarankan agar guru menerapkan hypnoteaching pada pembelajaran karena dapat memberikan rasa nyaman dan menyenangkan peserta didik.

 

The students’ cognitive scores on the topic of ‘pollution’ are able to reach the criteria of minimum scores, nevertheless the amount of garbage which was scattered around the school indicated the students’ awareness and attitude toward the environment are still low. The development of the learning device aimed to produce the effective, practical and valid learning devices of ‘pollution’ topic. The method used in this research was the Research and Development. Research was conducted in the second semester of the  VII class of MTsN 12 Jakarta at 2014/2015 academic year. Data were collected by questionnaires, observations and tests. The instruments used were questionnaire sheet of expert validation, observation sheets of learning activities, journals and questionnaires of environmental care attitude of students, as well as the achievement test. The results showed that (1) the learning devices developed, namely component of the syllabus, lesson plan, teaching materials, and student worksheet were declared valid  with very good categories; (2) The classical cognitive learning outcomes reached 85.7%; affective learning outcomes of 60% of students achieved good criteria and 40% of students achieved very good criteria; psychomotor learning outcomes of 100% of students achieved good criteria, and (3) students' response  on integrated science learning was categoried agree. Based on the  results, it was suggested that teachers use hypnoteaching on learning because it can provide a sense of comfort and pleasant students.
