MANAJEMEN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BLENDED LEARNING PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen model pembelajaran blended learning pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SDN Srondol Wetan 01 Kota Semarang yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi serta tindak lanjut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDN Srondol Wetan 01 selama masa pandemi Covid-19 telah menerapkan manajemen model pembelajaran blended learning dimulai dari perencanaan pembelajaran yang disusun oleh guru meliputi RPP dan bahan ajar, mengatur jadwal pengecekan suhu, serta memberikan sosialisasi kepada orangtua siswa. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran sesuai dengan sintaks blended learning yaitu pencarian informasi, mendiskusikan informasi dan mengkonstruksi/ merekonstruksi pengetahuan yang dilakukan baik pada pembelajaran online maupun tatap muka. Evaluasi pembelajaran blended learning meliputi penilaian sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diamati pada pembelajaran online dan tatap muka. Tindak lanjut untuk siswa yang mendapat nilai dibawah KKM berupa remedial dimana guru memberi kesempatan kepada anak untuk memperbaiki tugas yang telah diberikan sebelumnya. Simpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru telah melakukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta tindak lanjut dalam penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SDN Srondol Wetan 01 Kota Semarang. Saran dalam penelitian ini, guru dapat menggunakan google form, quiziz, kahoot, atau platform online lainnya untuk melakukan penilaian supaya kegiatan evaluasi lebih variatif dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran blended learning.
The purpose of this study is to describe the management of blended learning models during the Covid-19 pandemic at SDN Srondol Wetan 01 Semarang City which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation as well as follow-up. The method used is a field research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data was collected using the methods of observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is thematic data analysis technique. The results showed that SDN Srondol Wetan 01 during the Covid-19 pandemic had implemented a blended learning learning model management starting from lesson plans prepared by the teacher including lesson plans and teaching materials, setting a temperature check schedule, and providing socialization to parents. The implementation of learning is in accordance with the blended learning syntax, namely seeking of information, acquisition of information and synthesizing of knowledge which is carried out both in online and face-to-face learning. Evaluation of blended learning includes assessment of attitudes, knowledge and skills observed in online and face-to-face learning. Follow-up for students who score below the KKM in the form of remedial where the teacher gives the opportunity for the child to improve the task that has been given previously. The conclusion of the study shows that teachers have planned, implemented, evaluated, and followed up on the application of the blended learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic at SDN Srondol Wetan 01 Semarang City. Suggestions in this study, teachers can use google form, quiziz, kahoot, or other online platforms to conduct assessments so that evaluation activities are more varied and can increase student motivation in blended learning.
