Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS melalui model Think Talk Write berbantuan media audiovisual di kelas VB MI Al Iman Banaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangang penilitian tindakan kelas terdiri dari tiga siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, observasi, pelaksanaan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data teknik tes dan non tes. Teknik analisis yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) skor ketrampilan guru pada siklus I adalah 24 (cukup), siklus II adalah34 (baik), siklus III adalah 43 (sangat baik); (2)skor aktivitas siswa pada siklus I adalah26,33 (cukup), siklus II adalah 30,55 (baik), siklus III adalah 36,19 (sangat baik); (3) ketuntasan klasikal belajar siswa siklus I sebesar 48% (cukup), siklus II sebesar 74% (baik), siklus III sebesar 89% (sangat baik). Simpulan dari penelitian ini model Think Talk Write berbantuan media audio visual meniningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar.

 

The purpose or research was to improve social studies instructional quality through Think Talk Write model assisted audio visual media. The research designed using classroom action research in three cycles includes the planning, observation, implementation and reflection. The data was collected using test and non test. Data was analyzed using quantitative deskriptive and quantitative. The result of the research showed that teacher skill at first cycle scored 24 (enough), second cycle scored 34 (good), it improved at the third cycle to 43 (very good). Students activity at first cycle scored 26,33 (enough), second cycle scored 30,55 (good), it improved at the third cycle to 36,19 (very good). Classical completenessof students learning outcome at first cycle was 48% (enough), second cycle scored 74% (good), it improved at the third cycle to 89% (very good). The conclusion of research was Think Talk Write model assisterd audio visual media can improve the quality of social studies instructional signed by improving of teacher skill, students activity, students learning outcome.
