Abstract

The rules that are prescribed in Islam are that a Muslim is not allowed to marry a non-Muslim (marriage of a different religion), a non-Muslim if he wants to marry a Muslim, he is required to convert to Islam first or often referred to as a convert, the meaning of converts. themselves in order to be able to carry out marriages with their Muslim partners. Marriage doesn't always go as expected. With the marriage guidance carried out by KUA (Office of Religious Affairs) to prospective brides and families who have been married for a long time to provide knowledge, understanding, advice and skills to prospective brides with the aim of realizing a sakinah mawaddah warahmah family and reducing the divorce rate in the household. This study is intended to analyze the process of implementing the course for prospective brides and converts to converts at KUA, Playen District. The goal is to add insight and knowledge about matters relating to marriage problems, especially for the bride and groom. What is the solution run by KUA Playen on the implementation of the prospective bride and groom course. Musta'in is a postrgraduate student at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Diponegoro Semarang, Indonesia. He also involved in many humanitarian and legal aid project in some legal aid centers.
