PENGEMBANGAN BUKU PENGAYAAN TEKS FABEL BERMUATAN NILAI BUDAYA DENGAN METODE GOALL, PLANS, IMPLEMENTATION, AND DEVELOPMENT BAGI SISWA SMP

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan ketersediaan dan kondisi buku pendamping pembelajaran teks fabel, mendeskripsikan kebutuhan buku pengayaan teks fabel, merumuskan prinsip-prinsip pengembangan buku pengayaan teks fabel, mengetahui prototipe buku pengayaan teks fabel, mengetahui hasil uji validasi dan perbaikan prototipe buku pengayaan teks fabel bermuatan nilai budaya dengan metode membaca goall, plans, implementation, and development (GPID) bagi siswa SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam lima tahap. Prototipe dari buku pengayaan teks fabel adalah sampul buku, bagian awal buku (halaman judul, halaman hak cipta, prakata, daftar isi, petunjuk penggunaan buku), bagian isi buku (teori dan praktik, contoh teks fabel, info budaya, rangkuman), dan bagian akhir buku (glosarium, daftar pustaka, tentang penulis). Hasil dari produk yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai buku pendamping dan bahan referensi dalam pembelajaran memahami dan meringkas teks fabel.

ABSTRACT

The aim of this research are to describe the availability and condition of fables text learning companion book, to describe the needs of fable text enrichment book, to formulate the principles of enrichment book development, to know the prototype of fable text enrichment book, to know the results of the validation test and the prototype improvement that containing value of culture with goall, plans, implementation, and development (GPID) reading method for junior high school students. This research used Research and Development (R&D) design. It was done for five stages. Prototype of the fable text enrichment book are: cover book, the beginning part of book (title page, copyright page, foreword, table of contents, instructions using book), content section of book (theory and practice, sample of fable text, culture info, summary), and end section of book (glossary, bibliography, about the author). The result of developing product can be used as companion books and references in learning to comprehend and summarize fable text.
