Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan karakteristik, prinsip-prinsip, dan prototipe media keterampilan membaca puisi berbasis android bagi peserta didik dengan gaya belajar auditoris pada jenjang pendidikan SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Karakteristik media keterampilan membaca puisi berbasis android bagi peserta didik dengan gaya belajar auditoris meliputi (1) menggunakan perangkat mobile atau portible, (2) memanfaatkan perangkat dan teknologi komunikasi bergerak, (3) praktis dibawa ke mana pun, (4) sifatnya yang mobile dan terkoneksi internet, (5) peran pendidik sebagai jembatan penghubung untuk melakukan bimbingan belajar, (6) materi dapat diakses setiap saat dan visualisasi yang menarik, dan (7) tidak terbatas ruang dan waktu. Prinsip-prinsip media terampil membaca puisi meliputi (1) merumuskan tujuan instruksional dengan operasional dan khas, (2) merumuskan butir-butir materi secara terperinci (3) mengembangkan alat pengukur keberhasilan, (4) menulis naskah media audio, dan (5) Ppoduksi media audio. Keunggulan media ini dapat dioperasikan di mana saja dan kapan saja, pengoperasian yang mudah, dan peserta didik dapat berkomunikasi dengan pendidik

This research aims to explain the characteristics, principles, and media prototype of android-based poem reading skill for senior high school students through auditory learning method. This study uses research and development (R&D) method. The characteristics of android-based poem reading skill for senior high school students through auditory learning method are (1) using mobile or portable devices, (2) utilizing portable devices and technology, (3) easy to carry everywhere, (4) mobile characteristic and connected to the Internet, (5) role of the educator as a connector in advising the students, (6) the materials can be accessed every time with interesting visualization, and (7) no spot and time limitation. Principles of poem-reading media are (1) formulating special instructional purposes operationally, (2) formulating material items specifically, (3) develop success parameter devices, (4) write the audio media script, (5) production of audio media. The benefits of this media are easy to operate, can be operated everywhere and anytime, and students are able to communicate with the teacher.
