This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using SWOT analysis. The subjects of this research were the Youth, Sports and Tourism Department of Pemalang Regency, Randudongkal District, Kecepit Village Government, Mejagong Village Government, Business Actors, Tourists and the Community in Kecepit-Mejagong Village, Randudongkal District. Through observation, interviews and documentation approaches, the validity of the data uses Triangulation, the data analysis model used in the research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The aim of the research is to analyze sports development in Sukoharjo Regency using these indicators. This research took 3 sub-district samples, namely Sukoharjo sub-district, Grogol sub-district and Mojolaban sub-district including quantitative analysis research. The sampling technique is cluster sampling. The tools used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and multistage fitness tests to examine public health data. The results of research in Sukoharjo Regency are (1) the open space index value is 0.355l (2) the sports human resources index is 0.00057, (3) the community participation index result is 0.455 (4) the fitness index value is 0.363. The overall sports development index (SDI) value of Sukoharjo Regency is 0.245. The conclusion of this research is that the SDI index of Sukoharjo Regency is still low because the total SDI index covering open space, human resources, sports participation and fitness of Sukoharjo Regency residents is 0.245 which is always between the values 0-0.499. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of frirage massage and stretching on increasing the range of motion of shoulder injuries in MCO Yurigi patients by providing treatment four times a meeting and eight times a meeting, and providing information to choose the right method to accelerate and increase the range of motion of shoulder injuries. This study used a quasi-experiment "one group pretest posttest" design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a population of 20 people and obtained a sample of 12 people. The data analysis technique uses one way anova with the SPSS version 26 programme. The research variables are 1) independent variable: combination of massage frirage and stretching, 2) dependent variable: range of motion of the shoulder joint. The results of this study showed an increase in the average value of range of motion with treatment for four meetings, namely flexion 24.5°, extension 9.5°, abduction 22.9°, adduction 10°, medial rotation19.1°, lateral rotation 19.1° and treatment for eight meetings, namely flexion 46.6°, extension 19.1°, abduction 46.6°, adduction 19.1°, medial rotation 40°, lateral rotation 38.3°. The acute effect of physical exertion is an increase in heart rate. This increase needs to be lowered so that the body returns to its original condition. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of acute sport massage on the speed of pulse rate reduction after exercise. Method used in this study is quasi-experimental. Quasi experiment with one grou pre-test and post-test research design, the sample is a popda pencak silat athlete psht karangsambung district. The data collection technique used a side kick test for 1 minute as many as 40 kicks, and was calculated using a digital tension meter and stopwatch. Then massage will be given for 20 minutes on the gastrocnemius repetisis muscle movement 3-5 times. Data were analyzed using paired sample t-test the pre-test and post-test mean values were 20.167, the standard deviation values were 9.094, t tables were 7.682, degrees of freedom were 11, and p values were 0.000. The results of the research data show a p value of 0.000, then the p &lt;0,05, therefor H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Through the theme raised by this research, it is hoped that it can be a solution for the Pembalang FC football team to overcome the problems of the players and the team itself. The research design that the author used in this research was a pre-experimental design. This research will use a total sampling technique by taking the entire population, namely 30 people. This includes aspects such as mental toughness and sports motivation, which may be related to the performance of introverted and extroverted athletes. The aim of this research is to determine the significant differences in the relationship between mental toughness and sports motivation with the performance of introverted and extroverted athletes in individual sports. The research method employed is quantitative with a correlational approach. The sample size consists of 11 introverted athletes and 35 extroverted athletes. Prerequisite analysis includes tests for normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. Hypothesis testing involves multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F), partial test (t-test), and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that mental toughness and sports motivation variables have a significant relationship with the performance of introverted athletes. The contribution of mental toughness and sports motivation variables to influencing the performance of introverted athletes in individual sports is 48.6%. Archery requires a high level of concentration and a good state of mind in shooting. Screen time is one of the indicators that affects archers. This study aimed to identify the correlation between screen time, anxiety, and sleep quality towards archery performance. This study used cross-sectional correlation with survey test design. Thirty of the student’s archery athletes were volunteers and signed informed consent to follow the study. The research instrument to measure data used: 1) the Questionnaire for Screen Time of Adolescents (QUEST), 2) the Sport Anxiety Scale (SAS), 3) the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and 4) an archery scoring test. The result showed that no significant correlation between screen time (p = 0.28, r = 0.204 and sleep quality (p = 0.26, r = -0.213) on archery performance (p &gt; 0.05). A significant correlation was found between anxiety and archery performance (p = 0.04, r = - 0.372).</p> <p>The study concluded that the relation of when anxiety increased the performance of archery decreased. There are some athletes who do not understand the slam technique, so it is necessary to practice. There are 5 slam techniques, namely slamming legs, hands, neck, hips and dropping. The purpose of this study was to find out how to improve the ability of slam techniques, knowing the effect of training and the effectiveness of slam techniques, and which slam techniques were most effective on Sambo athletes in Semarang City.This study uses a mixed methods approach and the method used is comparative-descriptive. The data collection technique uses qualitative interviews, while the quantitative uses direct tests on athletes to take the points obtained by Sambo athletes in Semarang City. The results showed that how to improve the ability of the Sambo slam technique with verbal communication (instructions and directions) and nonverbal trainers (demonstrating and drill exercises), there was an effect of kickback technique training on the acquisition of points (the percentage increase from the previous exercise included 23% for the first exercise, 32 % for the second exercise, 17% for the third exercise, and 18% for the fourth exercise.The results of the third study are the order of effectiveness, namely hands (2.3) &gt; hips (2.25) &gt; feet (2.17) &gt; dropping down (2 .09) &gt; neck (1.76).
