Profil Pelatih Liga Profesional Futsal Indonesia Tahun 2018-2019

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil pelatih liga profesional futsal Indonesia tahun 2018-2019 yang merupakan level kejuaraan tertinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jakarta, pengambilan data dilaksanakan Gor POPKI Cibubur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan angket langsung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelatih Liga Profesional futsal Indonesia Tahun 2018-2019. Proses pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling yaitu pelatih Liga Profesional Futsal Indonesia yang berhasil ditemui dan mau mengembalikan form pertanyaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah profil pelatih pada Liga Profesional Futsal Indonesia tahun 2018/2019 dilihat pertama dari segi Body massa Index atau antropometri tergolong di Normal dengan nilai porsentase 50%. Kedua dari segi usia tergolong pada usia profuktif yaitu usia 31-35 tahun dengan porsentase 45%. Ketiga dilihat dar segi pendidikan formal sebagian besar lulusan S1 dengan nilai porsentase 79% dari S1 Keolahragaan sebesar 50% dan S1 non Keolahragaan sebesar 29%. Keempat dilihat dari segi lisensi kepelatihan kategori pelatih masih tergolong di level 1 AFC dengan porsentase sebesar 57%. Kelima dilihat dari segi riwayat/pengalaman kepelatihan sebelum di liga professional memperoleh pengalaman selama 1-3 tahun dengan prosentase 43%. Keenam dari segi karir para pelatih sebagai pemain sebagian besar memiliki prestasi di Tim Mahasiswa dengan prosentase sebesar 33% dan TIMNAS sebesar 24%. Ketujuh dilihat dari lamanya berkarir di Liga Professional para pelatih berada pada 1-3 tahun dengan prosentase 60%. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan standar dan juga program peningkatan kualitas kepelatihan di Liga futsal dan Kepelatihan di Indonesia.

INDONESIA FUTSAL PROFESSIONAL LEAGUE COACHES PROFILE 2018/2019

Abstract

               The purpose of this study is to find out the profile of Indonesian futsal professional league coaches from 2018-2019 which is the highest championship level in Indonesia.This research was conducted in Jakarta, data collection was carried out by POPKI Gor Cibubur. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method using direct questionnaire and google form. The population of this research are all Indonesian futsal Professional League coaches from 2018-2019. The sample is using total sampling, namely all Indonesian Futsal Professional League coaches. The results of this study are profiles of coaches in the Indonesian Futsal Professional League in 2018/2019 seen first in terms of Body Mass Index or Anthropometry classified as Normal with a percentage of 50%. Secondly, in terms of age, it is classified as a productive age, 31-35 years old with 45% percentage. Thirdly, in terms of formal education, most of the graduates are S1 with a percentage of 79% from S1 Sports at 50% and S1 from Non-Sports at 29%. Fourth, in terms of the coach category training license is still classified as level 1 of the AFC with a percentage of 57%. The fifth is seen in terms of training history / experience before in the professional league to get 1-3 years experience with a percentage of 43%. Sixth, in terms of career, the coaches as players mostly have achievements in the Student Team with a percentage of 33% and TIMNAS of 24%. Seventh seen from the length of his career in the Professional League of the coaches is at 1-3 years with a percentage of 60%. The existence of this research is expected to become a standard and also a program to improve the quality of coaching in the futsal and coaching leagues in Indonesia.
