Entrepreneurship merupakan unsur penting yang diperlukan oleh semua orang, termasuk siswa SMK, khususnya saat mereka melaksanakan praktik kerja industri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dihasilkannya model layanan bimbingan kelompok yang efektif  untuk meningkatkan entrepreneurship siswa SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R & D). Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok yang dilaksanakan di SMK N 1 Batang belum ideal dan tidak mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kecakapan hidup di dalamnya. Kondisi ini menjadi salah satu penyebab rendahnya tingkat entrepreneurship siswa. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan tersebut dikembangkan model layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis kecakapan hidup untuk meningkatkan entrepreneurship siswa. Hasil uji coba lapangan menunjukan  entrepreneurship siswa mengalami peningkatan. Rata-rata skor evaluasi awal 149,2 dan skor evaluasi akhir 193,7 atau meningkat sebesar 44,5. Ini berarti model layanan yang dikembangkan efektif  dalam meningkatkan entrepreneurship siswa SMK.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an important element which is needed by everyone, includes Vocational High School students’, especially when they run on the job trainning. The purpose of  the research is the product of  group guidance service model that effectively enhances Vocational High School students’ entrepreneur-ship. This is a kind of  Research and Development (R & D) research. The result of  preliminary study shows that the group guidance service which is held in SMK N 1 Batang is not ideal yet and doesn’t integrate the life skills values in the process. This condition is becoming one of  the factors so the students reach minimum level of  entrepreneurship. Based on that preliminary study, the group guidance service based on life skills to enhance students’ entrepreneurship is being developed. The trial result in the field shows that the students’ entrepreneurship is getting higher. The average score of  the first evaluation is 149,2 and the average score of  the final evaluation is 193,7 or it can be said it raised up to 44,5 points. It means that the service model which is developed is effective to enhance Vocational High School students’ entrepreneurship.
