Abstrak

Layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah bertujuan memberikan dukungan peserta didikpada pencapaian kematangan kepribadian, ketrampilan sosial, kemampuan akademik, danbermuara pada terbentuknya kematangan karir individual yang dapat bermanfaat di masa yangakan datang. Amanat Permendiknas No.27 Tahun 2008 bahawa konselor diarahkan memilikikompetensi dalam menyusun program bimbingan dan konseling yang komprehensif, namunsebagian guru BK belum memahami secara utuh bagaimana merancang program BK yangkomprehensif. Subjek penelitian ini  terdiri dari siswa, guru, orang tua dan komite. Tujuanpenelitian ini: menemukan model program BK Komprehensif, dengan menggunakan metodeResearch and Development (R&D). Teknik pengumpulan data langsung melalui wawancara,studi dokumentasi dan skala penilaian.  Simpulan hasil penelitian yang  dikembangkang disesuaikan  kondisi sekolah di indonesia agar pelaksanaan layanan  efektif   Model ini menjadiacuan untuk dikembangkan dalam beberapa penelitian lanjutan.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling services in schools is to support students in achieving the maturity of  personality,social skills,academic skills,and leads to the formationof individual career maturity that can beuseful in the future. Amanat Permendiknas 27 tahun 2008 is directed that counselor has competencein developing comprehensive guidance and counseling program, but  some  counselors do to design acomprehensive  program, Subjects of  this study consist of  students, teachers, subject teachers, parents andcommittee. This study use the Research and Development (R & D) methode. Direct technique of  data collectionthroughinterviews,documentationandassessment scalestudies.Theresultsof the research, guidanceand counseling teachersdo not understandthe concept of comprehensive guidance and counseling.Conclusion the results of  the study, model of  comprehensive guidance and counseling conditions of  schoolin Indonesia development, of  the effective before preparing guidance and counseling programs, guidanceand counseling teachers This model is become a reference it will be developed in several advanced research such as testing the effectiveness of  the program model.
